User Reviews

I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of this establishment, and this is why I would like to share my experiences. CFA Cross Pointe location pre COVID, hands down 5 stars. CFA Cross Pointe location today with the quality of served food and cleanliness of the restaurant inside has seen better days. Sharing an experience of receiving a wrong order via carryout or delivery is frustrating. When you have to share an experience because there is plastic or paper in your food is definitely a whole other level of experience! So, how would you expect a manager to handle that customer's experience? Not how my experience was handled! This was an order I placed in the drive-thru. Waited as others behind me were getting their food faster than I was. Which caused me to hold the drive-thru's lineup. After receiving my food, I pulled around to the customer takeout parking. Immediately, I felt the lightness of the container and was disappointed as the quantity did not feel or look normal than any other time I've ordered a chicken breakfast bowl. I placed the salsa that comes with the breakfast bowl along the top and took a bite. As I started to chew, I felt something weird, like wax paper with that bite. I immediately spit it out, and it was paper!! I took the food back into the restaurant. A manager asked, as if I was bothering her with a valid complaint. How could she help me? I showed her the paper, and she took the bowl and said to the kitchen staff that she needed a breakfast bowl to go stat. Afterward, she goes to the back and doesn't return. An employee hands me the new bowl without a bag, utensils, napkins, or sauce. No refund was issued. No apology was given, and not even their famous " my pleasure" was spoken. I believe the owner, Rich, would truly be disappointed in how his restaurant is being run. Especially after reading reviews that this is not the first time in recent months that the food has had plastic or paper in it. I definitely will not be returning to this location!

Not sure how to say this. It's a good fast food place but I feel a little over hyped for what it is. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, just good fast food chicken and fries. Biggest downside is not really any vegetarian options. But it's a chicken place, so I get it....lol The facility is very clean and the staff were great. These 2 things alone make them better than most fast food places.

Now, I am going to have a slight preference. I'm at Chick-fil-A. Ever since its inception, I have consistently dined at this place, and the experience has consistently been astonishing. Fast food restaurants are commonly criticized for their negative aspects. As soon as I began my employment here, I realized that everything was untrue. We ensure that the equipment is always kept clean. If there is an issue with an order, we swiftly rectify it. If anything emerges from the kitchen in a damaged or unsealed condition. It is instantly substituted. Personally, I am fond of the fact that we engage in this practice as it fosters a secure and favorable atmosphere for all individuals involved. Making sure that Team members do not physically touch the food they are about to consume.

I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a small waffle fries and a side salad Everything was really good the chicken was very tender and seasoned perfectly the waffle fries were good and the salad was also good I haven't had a grilled chicken sandwich that good for any place but chick- fil- A The delivery was faster than the time it said

I usually never have a bad experience and my food is always right except for today, I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal with a ice coffee and a few separate things as well which was fine instead of getting my egg and cheese biscuit meal I received a egg white grill McMuffin with chicken on it and no hash browns after i drove all the way home and checked my food and breakfast is just about over…oh the 2 stars was because the guy taking the order was nice

Got sandwiches December 5th from Cross-pointe location around 3pm to take to work tonight. Warmed up my sandwich, ate little more then a half then took a bite into a piece of plastic bag. Have NEVER had this happen before. So gross. Photos included.

I drove through and service was good but honestly it's like a circus trying to maneuver around all the cones and going in circles. The chicken nuggets I received were thin short strips of meat. They weren't even nuggets! It wasn't enough there to feed a child. I will not be going back.

I ordered a salad and the lemon drink with the ice cream in it I forget what it's called. But I enjoyed both and I will probably visit again sometime! The first picture on the left is Chick-fil-A salad the picture on the right is my homemade salad! They're about the same only thing I didn't put meat in mine and I could feed a family of four for the price of one salad at Chick-fil-A.
