Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Ellisville

I went to this Chick Fil A yesterday afternoon. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, a large fry, small fry, & some sauces. I drove all the way home and this is what I was given. I’m honestly not even sure what’s on this sandwich, it looks like some sort of rotel cheese that I’ve never even seen at Chick Fil A. I live 25 minutes away otherwise so I couldn’t just go up there, so I decided to call. I got no answer and I left a voicemail but of course I haven’t heard back. Honestly super disappointing especially because I love Chick Fil A. The fries weren’t filled up, and they didn’t put the sauce in the bag but that’s not even my main focus. The sandwich looks so weird it grossed me out and I threw everything away. A little over a month ago I found a hair in my sandwich at this Chick Fil A and they resolved it for me right away. So to now see this happen and they didn’t even answer my call or reply? Very disappointing, especially because I love Chick Fil A and the service at most Chick Fil A’s is great, this is the only one I’ve ever even had a bad experience at. I ended up throwing the food away and going to Culver’s, so yes I wasted my money but I was not eating that sandwich. Plus by the time I was about to eat all the fries were cold anyway. I genuinely never complain but this was pretty frustrating. I still don’t know what this sauce even is on the sandwich nor have I ever seen something like this served at Chick Fil A.

They are typically great but have had issues with getting the condiments accurate/included. The only reason I mention this, is as a mom with little ones in the car, I cannot get out of the car and leave them in there, so the alternative would be to go back through the line, which is typically and justifiably long. Other than that, they are AMAZING!

Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff made a pleasurable experience for myself, my daughter and my grandson. Both my daughter and grandson have autism and it's rare to have a positive experience when going out. But I have to say from the atmosphere, cleanliness, nice play area, down to the other customers in the restaurant everything was absolutely great! Very clean, no one staring and best of all my kiddos didn't feel out of place. All around terrific! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mr. James!

sometimes they miss an item or give wrong order . today i ordered wrap with avocado ranch . they provided two ranch packets . employees are nice and friendly.

This Chick-fil-A has the worst service. No, my pleasure. No smiles. They only stay open because there aren’t any other Chick-fil-A’s nearby. I’m from the South, so maybe my expectations are too high because I’ve had the best service I know this company expects corporately. I hope corporate sees this and makes a change of owner or management.

Ordered from you all on doordash, specifically asked for 5 sauces got my food after paying all the extra doordash fees, JUST to see that i didn’t get ANY SAUCE. ZERO. that being said i do NOT eat chic fil a unless i eat it with the sauce.. Therefore i spent money on food just to not be able to eat it… VERY upset/disappointed.. I also called corporate and was told I cannot get my meal replaced… very unsatisfied, definitely won’t be ordering again.

Waffle fries are supposed to be crispy today mine were limp and greasy very disapppinted. Original sandwich was good but needs more pickles for flavor and the chicken tasted like it wasn’t just fried.

So busy but you would never know it. Efficient staff, well spaced out lobby and extremely fast service. I rarely am disappointed with Chick-fil-A and this location is top notch
