I never thought I would see the day that I would have a bad experience at chic fil A. But here we are...I went there the other morning. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo with a large sunjoy light ice the chicken biscuit was so small it would've been classified as a chicken mini the has browns were over cooked and greasy the only thing they got halfway right was the sunjoy but they had to make it a large the manager taking my order put it in as a small. I won't be revisiting this place....I'm very disappointed with the experience

Kyla kindly replaced a cold meal received the night before. I'm not the type to complain but a full meal too cold to eat couldn't be ignored. I thought I would get attitude

I have ordered online from this place multiple times and even tho you select sauces they NEVER include them. It’s so annoying! I ordered the special sandwich and they BARELY put any of the sauce on. Infuriating!! The promo pic had it with 5x that sauce and this place is just a disappointment. Never again.

The food is always good but sometimes the customer service is good and sometimes it’s bad , but other then that the food is always amazing .

Eli is the reason for the 5 stars. He was super friendly and caring towards the patrons. He should definitely be promoted as he took ownership of my whole experience. There was a long delay in the drive thru due to the cash drawer being pulled. Eli apologized made sure when he gave me my order (after the delay) that I had hot fries in my bag. Excellent customer service.

The drive thru was the worst!!! I waited in line for 23 minutes before I got to the front. Then my fries were extremely warm & soggy, however they gladly replaced. Next time I suggest eating in. This was fast enough for fast food. Just my experience on a Friday afternoon during lunch.

Went through Drive through order a Cobb salad and a Chicken sandwich added on cheese and bacon upgrade to a large fry! Get home and I have no cheese and no bacon and my fries aren't large!!! The part that is crazy a District Manager brought my food out to me!!!! Of course I have called ten times no one answers the phone...

There was 1 car ahead of us and it took 20 minutes for them to get our order, pay, and receive the food. On top of that, our drink order was wrong and our food was missing 3 items that we ordered and paid for according to our receipt. When we told the manager about the missing items they acted like there wasn't a problem. I would never recommend this place.
