Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Dunwoody

Chic fil a food taste is always great without a doubt. However, this place is different from other Chic fil a restaurants. Cashier/server aren't as friendly as all other restaurants. When we order milkshake and ice cream, a portion is smaller than usual. When I asked more, she said that the policy changed??? What's that mean? I just want them to fill it up top and same portion as others. But oh well, there are a lot more chic fil a restaurants in Atlanta.

Not sure why the reviews have been so poor, are they a little slow? Sure. Most places nowadays are understaffed and have poorly trained employees. Show a little appreciation and patience, most of the time the person handing you your food has zero control over how long it takes! Convenient location and though on the slower side the food is good.

It’s upsetting when you spend your hard earn money in these establishments. And you have to deal with checking your food because the employees don’t know how to count to 8. I guess this was suppose to be funny… I will be returning for my refund.

I enjoy seeing the 4-5 employees workin the Drive Thru as their camaraderie & teamwork is entertaining to watch. Catching the gray shirts aka Managers helping & engaging with their team is cool too. Good synergy & friendly customer service each time we visit. This location stays busy yet the duality of lines & the handful of employees taking orders outside aids in moving the lines quickly.

First let me say the food is seasoned, delicious and HOT!!!. The bread was buttered and toasted. The milk shake is really good. I went through drive thru. right before the lunch crowd came.. ppl are waiting in line two stop signs down. They have staff running orders from the drive thru window to your car.. that's pretty sweet!! The lines move pretty fast. Remember, it's a two line drive thru. I had to drive around the lady in front me because she was blocking the line near the building. Enjoy!!

This is probably the most inconsist Chick-fil-A restaurant that I have ever been too. Some times the lobby is closed and this morning the closed all of thr lanes and said that are only taking Doordash orders. This will be the last time I go to this restaurant.

Made a curbside pickup order through the app. Pulled into a spot, entered the number, and waited about 10 minutes. No one brought my order. Went inside and they didn't have it. Eventually got it but it was a headache and my sandwich was made sloppy.

This chick fil e is located in the LA fitness pla za. The lines here are always a mile long. So might want to try and go inside the restaurant and pick up the food there. The folks working here are nice though so that’s good. And the food is generally pretty good too at this location
