Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Downingtown

I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pepper jack at the drive thru and I got a cheese sauce with loose peppers and shredded cheese mixed in with pickles on the bottom. What is that?

Did not have my glasses with me. Needed help with ordering a salad. I was assured that the Cobb Salad Only contained the meat Chicken, and that there was no pork nor beef. I believed him considering that They don't serve burgers, beef, or pork on any of their sandwhiches. I would have never have ordered this had I known that there were pork bacon bits. Its reasons such as this, that I dont enjoy eating out.

Any restaurant that still uses STYROFOAM in 2023 doesn't care about quality, customer service, or doing good business in a community. They do whatever they can to cut corners in order to make money - that includes sub par training and cleanliness. Why do people still eat here? Why do you painfully wait 45 minutes in a drive through and go home with the wrong order - every time? These reviews are sad because things ONLY get better when customers stop giving their money away. Restaurants only change things when they have to. You're reinforcing the problem and supporting a horrible company. You can leave as many negative reviews as you want, but it's not going to change anything until you go elsewhere. (I bought hash browns and a biscuit here once for my grandson before COVID; and then we never came back). Panera has great breakfast if you get up early enough.

Extremely disappointed with this location.. they never seem to get the order right.. we ordered just a plain biscuit with egg and cheese and came home to find a chicken sandwich. I understand that mistakes do happen. Unfortunately, it has happened to us multiple times. It is about how you treat your customers when things like this happen. I called the store and asked them to refund the money, and they wanted me to come to the store to get a refund while I ordered it through a mobile App. I went to the store, and the store director was too busy to talk to us. We returned the 🍗 to get our 💰 back. I wish they would fix the process in that place. #disappointing

Fast friendly service. Food was correct and hot. Still one of the best fast food restaurants. They can move a line through as exceptional fast rates. They had 4 cars ahead me but I was still driving out in about 10 minutes from the timeni got in line.

It’s hard to give a fast food restaurant an amazing review but there is a reason Chik is the king. The only knock against this spot is despite 3 lanes of drive through it still gets insanely crowded. Staff is excellent, food is what you expect and the spot is one of the best in Downingtown.

Just left the Downingtown, Pa location and a young man named Evan was very helpful with wonderful customer service. Thank you Evan and his parents for raising a nice young man!

Drive thru was a little tight. No sauces were offered with my meals, which I originally forgot to ask for, so had to walk in store to grab some. Overall, normal great service from a Chick-fil-A.
