Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Douglasville

I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! (Pictures included) I already been cleansing myself of meat and fried food but I was tired and just got off work and wanted to feed the family. I ordered a large combo (large fries and drink) for my grown sons and I got home and had a large fry box half full for both. It was literally the same amount as a medium which defeated the entire purpose of ordering a large. I called the manager and she said she'd replace the large fries. When I got there I explained to the drive through workers and gave them my name as I already been told to just pick up the fries. They gave me the third degree and basically accused me of lying as if I would waste two trips to lie about fries. The manager replaced the fries but the damage is already done. You do not get what you pay for and they don't care about the customers anymore, its all about getting the most money from people, while giving them the bare minimum. I was really tired but I had to defend it because I'm simply tired of being charged for services I did not receive just because the store wants to increase profit by squeezing the quality out of the product.

Pretty upset, this location has been getting worse the past 6 months, I got A large lemonade and it was spilling everywhere abit eventually took top off of the drink and there was a whole bite mark on my top of the cup today after I drank a bit too... Like what???? That's not okay at all. Like why? HOW? I DONT KNOW. That's ridiculous, the fries were cold and large fruit side had the stem and top of apple thrown in, one of the most disappointing, disgusting, waste of time and money. Genuinely horrible and probably one of my worst experiences in all of food experiences personally.

bad experience, I went for breakfast this morning and not only did they forget my breakfast bowl but they also gave me NO condiments when I asked for extra so now I have a dry biscuit and less food than I paid for. I would've expected better. very disappointed.

I don’t eat at Chick-Fil-A it’s rare! Tonight I decided to skip DoorDash and go at it alone! What a wonderful treat! I was shocked at all the traffic and began regretting my decision until I saw the lines moving so fast! It was like a well oiled machine and I got my grilled nuggets (always a healthy alternative) in record time! I’m in awe at how excellent and organized this place is! No one could possibly compare to this type of perfection when it comes to genuine, fast, delicious food.

We got a to go order and the line was long but was moving at an amazing rate of speed. So don't let the long line fool you here. You are in and out in no time. Food was amazing and the people that are taking your order and giving you your food are nice and friendly. Always making sure we had everything we needed.

Waffle fries are the one good thing i enjoy here. This place has a successful double drive through with room outside to spare. Can't eat inside as far as i know looked mostly for working. Can eat at tables outside their walk to and order window. Nice place.

Order a Cobb salad, the chicken was so stinky I couldn’t even eat any of the salad besides the 2 tomatoes. Called to let them know and they said I would have had to bring the salad back the same day for a refund. This location is 20 minutes from my house and this was after work for dinner. Very disappointed in chick fil a

Worst chickfila west of Atlanta. This is the 3rd time we've ordered food for the family, got home and had items missing. One time alright everyone makes mistakes, two times now Dad or mom have to go without, third time ive learned my lesson. I shouldnt have to check my bag to make sure the employees do their job. We won't be returning to this location ever again.
