Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Des Moines

The Chick Fil A experience is a real thing the attention to detail on orders and the master engineering that has gone into the operation is amazing to see it run like a well oiled machine. I always get a spicy chicken sandwich 🤤 it's so good

When we arrived this place had a full house. Drive thru was packed. Indoor seating packed and a line to order. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered in no time and the food was delivered as soon as we sat down. What really impressed me was the service. What I can only assume was the manager was walking around helping customers with refills, taking trays and asking about food/service. The others were just as busy with helping and cleaning. Was definitely a team effort. Way to go!

7/22/23 Late lunch. The basic chicken sandwich meal (4) was as tasty! Fries were HOT (5) and tasty, the sandwich was hot and good, and the lemonade was very good. 40 cent up-charge for the lemonade (What's that about?). $10.26 for one fast food meal. It felt like it was too pricey for what should have been affordable lunch. Ambiance = 3 Food = 4.5 Overall = 4 out of 5 5 = Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. 4 = Very Good: Better than expected. 3 = Average: An everyday experience that can be quite good. Most fall into this category. 2 = Fair: Below par. Dirty smells. Flies

I ordered a large fries and there was barely half in there when I took it out of the bag. This is not the first time this has happened either but I let the other times flop but this has been becoming consistent. Do better. This is so annoying. I didn’t pay for a half box of fries.

Live being able to order ahead on the app and gtez me faster through the drive thru. There Customer service is the best!!

Chick-fil-a is very good bud. This place is no exception; however, if you live near this area it might be worth the extra few dollars to go to Charlottes Kitchen right down the road. Rating: 4.6 out of 5.

Every time I've visited this restaurant, whether ordering at the counter or picking up food I've requested via the CFA app, I've received the right items and they were delicious! The staff members are pleasant, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and it's a much more enjoyable experience than a standard fast-food restaurant. I certainly recommend it.

When you are used to a very quick in and out for Chick-fil-A, this place leaves you very disappointed. The food as always is delicious, but the extremely LONG wait times has lead us to go somewhere else. Only when we know we have about an hour or more will we even attempt to eat here. Again the food is always fresh and awesome.
