I've been a customer of this location since they opened, and it's a great experience every time. The staff is courteous and the food is always hot. Mistakes have been made in the items I have gotten but they always make up for it. If you want quick service, use the app on your phone and skip the in person ordering process.
I love the hospitality of Chik Fil A. "My pleasure" they say. I'm sure the employees are sick of the phrase but I love to hear it. Always good food. Even the fresh produce as I their fruit cup. You can tell it's not a 3 day old fruit cup. Delicious.
First time at this location, indoor wasn’t crowded at all. Very well maintained, clean and even the decor was impressive! The spicy deluxe sandwich and the kids nugget meal were good. The staff were nice. The fifth star is for the attention they have paid to the decor in the place! They even have installed trash bins with motion sensor so we don’t have to touch it to open it!
Not sure why everyone likes this place. They have 1 chicken burger done 3 different ways. Not much else. Been here twice, and each time the waffle fries were underdone. Only worthwhile item. Service was good, and fast..... Oh wait.
I love chick fil a so I hate that I feel I need to write this review. But this Chick Fil A location is easily the worst I’ve ever been to. The service is slow, the restaurant is always filthy and customers just don’t seem like a priority. I highly recommend the manager and owner take a vision trip to Chick Fil A Taylors on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville, South Carolina to see how an excellent, top tier chick fil a is operated.
Terrible service. Order taker placed my order incorrectly, no correction offered at pickup window by the "manager". Did recieve a call back 2 days later with the same dialogue blaming me, no apology, they could care less about their regualr customers. Done with this location and any other Chick-fil-a franchise if this is how the care about their customers. And to top it off, the bare salad was wilted and contained no romaine lettuce.BYE BYE...
Been 5m on drive through in the morning just to get simple breakfast. This fastfood chain doesn't know to do drive through:-( they won't instruct the car to wait somewhere or anything just line and line .. now 7m without moving. Never come again!
It's very good but I took some home for later and it does not come out well after heating it up in the microwave. And it's quite expensive for chicken. $4 shakes are thick and very good. I had cookies and cream. They are a meal themselves. I hear their breakfast is very good.
