The wrap I received today for THIRTEEN dollars, was disgustingly small for the price. I am appalled at the quality that chick fil a has been delivering as of late. I literally took FOUR bites of one half and it was done. Over the past few months I have noticed the wrap getting smaller and smaller and today was the last straw. This is ridiculous, how are you going to jack up the price of the only semi healthy thing on the menu and then make it TINY. I feel completely ripped off and it truly makes me never want to come back.

This evening I stopped by this Chick-filA for dinner. I ordered a Cool Wrap to take to lunch with me tomorrow. It is 1/2 the size of a usual Cool Wrap. Looks like someone cut the middle out and gave me the ends. Check your order before you leave the drive through.

every time I’ve gone the last two months, has been annoying. They never get my order correct. If i order a spicy biscuit or sandwich, it takes 10 minutes at the drive thru window, while they serve 20 cars behind you. Didn’t realize how hard it was to give extra pickles, they always give me NONE when i ask. It’s not like i can just turn around because i have a special needs baby who hates sitting still in the car. Also the way your business has multiple bad reviews in a row (going back for months) and y’all still haven’t fixed a thing. Do better.

This location has the worse waffle fries than the other locations I've been to. The last time I had their waffle fries they were, hard, overly salted and old as though they refried them. A waste of money.

We was at the drive-through, and the person that was taking our order, mistakenly added chicken nugget 12 count. So he told us to go to the window mind you we already put in our points so our meal was supposed to be $7. When we got to the window, the cashier Katie said it was $20.18. I laughed at her because I was confused on what she was talking about. She say your name is Johnson right? I said yes ma’am she read me back my order and said $20.18 with an attitude this time, I said how is that when we used our points from the last time we had terrible service here when she looked back at the screen, the computer updated and our total was $7.55 and she told me the amount and I said oh that’s what I thought so while I’m getting my card ready to pay for my stuff, a manager black girl came to the window and said we was disrespecting her and trust and believe me how you guys are reading this is how this is happening. I said how we disrespecting you when we’re the one’s that being disrespected. She said that she will have to ask us to leave. We will give you our food but you have to go. Are you going to pay for the food? I said don’t you see me getting my card out? she said no that’s why I’m asking you. I told her to hold on a minute, handed her my card, and they threw us our food. I’ve been a customer at this Chick-fil-A for three years spent over at least 10 grand at this Chick-fil-A. I have never experience service like this in my life. This is our second time going here in the past week and the service of them not communicating with each other from the drive through to the window is causing problems at the window, this is unacceptable and I will not be going here no more.

I don't come here often but I went the other day as it was a halfway point on a trip and I needed something to eat. It was between morning and lunch rush and there were hardly any cars in the drive thru. I ordered through the app and went inside when it said my order was ready. There were no customers when I went inside and it still took 10 minutes to get my order. I tried to go to the bathroom but walked in and came right out because it was so disgusting. When I got my food my sandwich and drink were perfect but my fries were cold. I don't think I've ever gotten cold fries at any CFA before. I would be hesitant to try this place during busy hours.

They just open their new location I think it's more convenient for their normal lines at the drive thru, which they're known for having. As always amazing customer service. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Food is classicly delicious as always.
