I did not receive my drinks this morning in my breakfast order. Went in a couple hours later and Lauren assisted me. She remember my drinks left behind and consulted with Ally, the manager on duty. They took care of the drinks and gave me a cookie! What a great team! Will continue to recommend this location to everyone! Wonderful customer service!

While I don't want to diminish the quality of the food or the kindness of the people I've encountered during my year and a half of working here, I must admit that the overall work environment leaves much to be desired. There are underlying issues that affect everyone, which makes the experience less than ideal. The initial pay of $9 an hour is reasonable, but it falls short of the promises made on job platforms like Indeed, particularly in regard to benefits, which are disappointingly scarce. This job may be suitable for those seeking flexible school hours or those new to the workforce, but after a year of experience, I decided to move on to a better opportunity that values my skills and compensates me more fairly.

This place is coming up. I have been here several times, and the nuggets were getting smaller and smaller, but as you see today, they are looking.

Placed a mobile order to get breakfast here with my family, and it was very easy. We got there and less than five minutes we got our food. The staff had an amazing service, very friendly, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely my new favorite chicfila in corpus!! Very happy with our breakfast this morning 😋

Jesse has the most amazing attitude , is so sweet, and attentive. I have seen him zoom around the store taking care of customers and keeping the store spotless. Thank you Jesse for the best experience 🩷🖤

Seems as though in the past few months service has gone very down hill. I am not the type to leave reviews with one minor inconvenience but the past 5 or so times that I have come to this drive through, the service has been not great, I would almost say the employees were rude. No greetings, no thank you's or my pleasure's, Just "Name", "Order", and "Pull Forward". As someone who worked at this chick fil a many years ago, I know the standard that the managers and owners hold and this is just not it. My food and drink were basically thrown into my hand, I will make the drive to the Staples location, I have always had a good experience there. Quite dissapointed in Chick Fil A Saratoga :(

Hats off to the managers and all employees of this location! We rarely make time to dine inside but did this morning. Chicken biscuits, hashbrowns and tea were all great, as always, but we were super impressed by the cleanliness of both the restaurant and the bathrooms plus employees kept busy even when it was slow (late morning). Thank you for providing a first class experience for two old timers who appreciate your efforts!

My wife and I went to order at the drive thru. Upon arriving we were greeted by a young lady who asked to take our order. I asked if I could pull forward to look at menu board and she looked at me like "huh" I asked her again and she said she needed to take my order on the IPad. I told her I am not very familiar with menu and wanted to see all that was to offer and she again told me and my wife that she had to take order on I Pad. "Chic FIL A don't assume that everyone knows your menu and if we did then why have a drive thru menu board" I was very disappointed and will probably not return. My wife frequents the place and I don't since I work all day. My wife did order her usual and I didn't get to eat. Was really excited about eating something there, but thanks for not allowing me to that. I understand that in today's world everything is fast pace and seems like your business is more concerned about how many vehicles you can get get out in drive thru as fast as possible, as if we were cattle going thru trailwalk. I ask Chic FIL A that you don't lose your customer service that you are known for because we have become just numbers and not customers/guests. Not sure if anything will be done about this but know that you are not the only fast food business in town.
