Parking? If you would like to park close to the door when it's raining and you're not handicap when you're not going to take out for a good luck. This location has far too many carb pickup parking places! This location is always extremely busy. Drive thru offers covered area when ordering with a 9ft clearance. It has two drive thru lanes. The restaurant was very clean and organized Service was very friendly and efficient. This location offers a large room dinning area. There is no longer a children's play center on site.☹️ (Tables don't offer cell phone charging or electrical outlets.)☹️ (No wheelchair accessible seating without having to move chairs dinning area.)☹️ (Not all tables have table numbers when using the Chick-fil-A app.) This doesn't leave much in the dinning room for sound absorption. If you are sound sensitive, this is not the place for you. You are left unable carry on a conservation at your table , when restaurant lobby is buzy.☹️

I was very disappointed in my experience because waited 30 minutes for my order 06-30-23 @ 6:30 am and I felt like they did not care that this had happened!!!! I ordered my breakfast on the app around 6:00 am and when I arrived at the restaurant there were signs in the drive through stating that the headsets were not working and to pull forward (well you cannot go anywhere once you are committed to the drive through and you cannot pull around since there are cones in the other lane). I pulled forward in line with the other 6 or six cars in front of me. After about 10 minutes of just sitting there, I noticed that an individual was coming out to begin taking orders. However, instead of taking orders from the individuals in line already, they went out and began taking orders from the new customers arriving in the drive through. About 5-7 minutes later, I finally made it to the window to pick up my order. They asked me if I had ordered, and I stated that I had placed my order on the app and provided my name. I was then given my drink and asked to pull around to WAIT some more. Then she stated that they needed to get the orders to those who have already ordered. WOW, I thought that making my order on the app meant that I had already ordered and even clicked the button that states I have arrived at the location. I guess that is not true. I pulled out of line and parked in front to wait for my food. And wait! At 6:57 am, I finally went inside for my order. When I arrived in the Lobby, there was no one waiting to order, and I waited a few more minutes before someone finally asked how my day was going. I stated that it was not going well since I had been waiting 30 minutes for my food. Then they asked for my name, after providing this they handed me my food and I left. I have been in the service industry for 30 years and have used Chick-fil-A as an example of exceptional service and today, they fell very short of that.
This Chick is the first in Conway and a bit older style. The dining room has been remodeled and thankfully, the indoor playground has been removed. Like all Chicks it can get very busy but staff is usually up to the task.
Super nice people! Came in and everyone greeted us and made sure we where okay the whole time! 10/10 would definitely come back again
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A...
Chick-fil-a has officially fell off. Ordered the #3, 12-count nuggets. Lord have mercy, they were cold, breaded weird and tuff (skin off the roof of my mouth). And Oak Street is not the only location, there are a few in Central Arkansas that have fell off as well. This company's food was better when it was only available in the malls of LR and NLR.
