Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Columbus

I ordered an 8 piece grilled chicken nugget and instead received a 5 piece. They were extremely quick getting my order out which is great except people make mistakes when they are in a rush. Just take your time and get it right so you don't have complaining customers. Very simple.

We went through the drive through for a quick lunch. The long line was processed amazingly quickly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a peach drink that was being advertised. The sandwich was good as expected but the peach drink was very good and very refreshing on an extremely warm day. The rest of our group had some of the chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. The food was good quality served quickly and with very good customer service.

Tonight was beyond the best experience we've ever had at a Chick-fil-A! We showed up late with 2 families worth of kids ready to play and eat and the Manager let us in even though they had already closed the inside! We are so grateful for the kindness showed to us tonight and the joy you brought to our children by letting us stay and play! Thank you so much!

I expect nothing less than satisfaction from Chick fl a! This location is awesome and my spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were so good, as usual. The strawberry lemonade was great too and so glad they went ahead and mixed it for me!

I came in with a large group at around 7:30. We were quickly welcomed with smiles and greetings. Our orders were taken quickly, and we had our food at the tables in minutes. The manager came to us and talked with our party a couple of times, thanking us for coming. I had the chicken club meal with fruit. Normally the bread crumbles, but not here. The fruit was very good. Thank you Chick-fil-A of Columbus!

This used to be one of the most efficient chick fil a but now it’s the slowest and puts out the worst quality of food compared to other locations. Employees are always friendly but great service can only hide the flaws for so long. No reason it should take 40 mins to get thru the drive thru

I purchased the new peach milkshake, and it was soooo good! The only bad thing about it, is they only serve them in small cups. It would be great if all CFA restaurants would go back to selling the medium & large sizes.

They have work to do to get to Chick-fil-A standard of service. This particular location is consistent in disappointing me. They consistently don't give any sauce and consistently take too long. Today, my fries must have come from the scraps that were leftover; it consisted of mostly small little really brown pieces, with extra salt. My wife's was the same. I have pictures, but I don't see how to upload them yet. The lettuce was old as well. We were both disappointed again with this location, again.🤔 Update...25 August my colleagues suggested a Chick-fil-A run for lunch and I joined in and boy was I disappointed...again! This is far below Chick-fil-A standard, folks! The Manchester Expressway location needs work!
