Excellent and efficient service managing the long line of customers at the drive thru

Absolute worst experience… one person training on each task. The line didn’t move.. when it did move the person at the booth rudely stopped me to take a cash payment on the other side even though I already paid with card. Kitchen failed when I got to the window and they need to drop another chicken sandwich. Three cars behind me also ordered a sandwich and other food. They placed the bags on a table and the order was visible so that is how I know they got the same thing. However, manager at the window decided to park me… then the trainee at the window mumbled where to park but there is so much construction and no signage it was ridiculous to assume where to go. 15 mins after I cashed out ( time on my receipt) to the time I got food in hand. And this was only after I went inside to claim it and speak to the hospitality manager. Not something I ever do but when you strike out in all areas of your operation ( cashier, kitchen and expedite) then something needs to change. I will say that the young lady on Hospitality was polite, solved my concern and addressed the issue with the kitchen immediately, which I appreciate. Hopefully they can get it together although my “next time”will probably be a long time from now for this particular restaurant

Kids friendly place with a nice play area. We didn't see photos in other reviews so we didn't know what to expect from the kids area, so I added few :)

Absolute hot garbage. Zero customer service skills were performed. I said how are you and got a (what can I get you. ) I said thank you while getting my bags and the girl just kept a blank face and turned around no follow up. Also asked for a large meal which I payed for and only got a medium. Just disappointing. Coming from someone who doesn't write bad reviews. If people were honest with their reviews this place would be a 2 star. Read the comments not just the stars. It's obvious they mess things up often.

I am not sure why, but they start to mess up my order every time I go there. I have to check my order every time before I leave and there is always something missing. Everything else is great. The food is good. The atmosphere is nice I love this place.

I have never been to a Chik-fil-a where they didn’t give good service. I can honestly say I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant at this Chik-fil-a. After I checked in with the employee I drove up and saw 2 employees having a conversation. No one was waiting for me to stop so I just drove past. A girl bangs hard and loud on my car 4 times unnecessarily. Seeing as how I was in a drive through about to stop she easily could have walked up to my window to get my attention politely. Instead decided to bang on my car with my 2 babies in the back seat? I honestly don’t know anywhere where people are allowed to do that especially a Chik-fil-a. Zero stars if I could give it. Hopefully this type of behavior is corrected. That one sour employee but a bad taste in my mouth. I’m 100 percent committed to never going to a chik-fil-a again.

This location went through a period of inconsistencies when fulfilling my orders. Maybe there were too many new people at one point but they were forgetting items, not fulfilling special requests on meals, etc. Doesn't take away from the friendliness of the atmosphere just worth a mention since I started having to check after them all the time. I kinda expect that from other fast food places but never with chick fil a. Nonetheless, they've gotten better after a while so they still get good scores from me!

They seem to have the magic recipe for amazing service and food! Always great customer service, nothing ever missing, and the food is grrrreat! No matter how long the lines are, it goes by quickly and the employees have such positive attitudes! 💜
