Had a big order for work to pick up. They told me I didnt need to double check the order because everything was there. Got back to the office and half of our orders were missing. We called them 5 times and each time put to voicemail. I had to drive back to be told to stand in line when I finally was able to tell them at service counter there was no apologizing. They spoke with manager and she gave him missing order items. Again no one said sorry. My voicemail was also never returned.
Every time I go they are always full, but they are fast and friendly, usually the mobile app is good because you order your food and they bring it to your car. always fresh and hot food, one of the best in the area!
Fries were perfect but the sandwich was super dry. My sandwich was drier than sand.. Chicken had hard tough batter and the meat was thin and didn’t taste fresh. That long piece is deceiving it was all batter and no meat inside. They really are cutting back on portions so they need to adjust the price. My moms sandwich was dry and chicken looked like the portions they use on breakfast sandwiches. Very disappointed.
This place is a flat out food producing MACHINE!! You get your order fast with friendly service and the team is always hustling. Love to come here.

As a past CFA shift leader, it makes me sad to see so much inefficiency happening. There are 20-25 workers easily and orders are taking well over 20-25 min to be complete, including a dessert order of two ice cream cones taking 15 minutes. Hope this locations management can make some necessary changes to keep up CFA standards that people have become accustom to.

Went to try new honey pimento chicken sandwich. What a disappointment. Barely tasted jalepeno, barely any pimento cheese, and honey was some what visible. Last time I fall for new products from chick Fila. On a positive noteThe place is super clean, and all employees awesome. Great customer service
