Very helpful workers. I ordered via drive through w/ my little sister & the workers were friendly!! I also got their seasonal Watermelon Mint Iced Tea as seen below! I can say it is minty indeed.

Hair on my biscuit 🤢 (I think I need to stop eating out). Then the manager gave me a hard time claiming she couldn't refund me over the phone (it's happened in the past for cold fries), and that only the director could. Then she lied and said the director wasn't there and ended up transferring me to him (because he was) 😮‍💨 This situation aggravated me. I wasn't about to drive 15 minutes back to the store after just getting home and needing find food again. I told them I could send a picture, but she wanted to be difficult. I'm attaching it here. I'm trying to figure out who is shedding facial hair while preparing the food?

I love CFA but have to say I had a bad experience this past week getting breakfast in the drive thru. I ordered 8 nuggets and 2 hash browns. Went and paid and they told me to pull up since apparently the nuggets were ready. Now I've ordered nuggets plenty of times before in the morning and no issues. Well almost 10 minutes later, this lady walks up to my car with my nuggets. I ask her does it normally take this long because this is suppose to be a fast food place. She said not normally and apologized. I told her it would be helpful if the person had told me it's going to be a wait for my nuggets before I ordered it because I would've ordered something else instead of waiting forever for them.

Kenny saw the long line when he was working behind the counter wity one person working it and he came from the back and helped shorten the line and was extremely pleasant to order from. And others came and checked on my order while I was waiting to get it to me.

This location is decent but not great. They have all of the standard food options, but the service is on the low end. The people in front of me had to drive back because they weren’t given part of their order. I needed a spoon for my food, I verbally asked for one, was told that it was in the bag and then surprise-I drive away and no spoon. Check your order in its entirety before you drive away, even if they are pressuring you to move quickly.

Honestly, the most recent time I've been to this location, I ordered my normal cobb salad. But the lettuce was quite wilted, and the chicken amount seemed to be much less than usual. But normally, this location doesn't have issues. I was surprised in my most recent experience 🤷‍♂️

The food was a bit of a disappointment after hearing about this great sandwich for years. I think the chicken sandwich was left over from breakfast.... yesterday. What brings the 3 star food up to 4 stars is the drive through experience which was great.

Food is always fresh and tasty, the restaurant always clean. Great service by Mervann at the register and Mirabel, who keeps the dining room clean and is so pleasant. We remembered her from our last visit a few months ago.
