Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Chula Vista

Waited 20 minutes for curbside, ultimately had to go in to get my order that had been sitting there. This is the second time this has happened. Last time was told I was going to receive a free time and that did NOT happen. Have always loved chick fil a but the service has been disappointing lately.

This place always get my order right and I’m able to find a parking space up front nearly every time I order for curbside pickup. It’s takes them about 5-7 to bring it out normally and the food is always hot and good. It is well lit in the Morning, noon and night. No dark areas in the parking lot that I can tell. Will continue to visit this location.

I got 12 pieces of nuggets and fries. It was the most terrible chicken I ate in my life man. I spent 15$, I bought 5 pieces of fried chicken in a simples Chinese restaurant and I was amazing, is was for 4 people and I spent 18$. People, stop just keep this stupid brands so famous and rich, their food is trash. I will never eat here again!

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in San Diego. It doesn’t matter if I order through the drive through or DoorDash. I always get the same thing, the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. They either forget the bacon or cheese. I ordered on DoorDash tonight and they forgot both the cheese and bacon. I also asked for no tomato but yet there was tomato. I have ordered from here probably like 5 times and not once has the order been correct.

The woman tending to the dining area is so kind - she came to offer me ice water. I slipped up and spilled it all over the table on my way out. The guy at the highchair in front of me had his butt hanging out. Chicken sandwich was so fresh!

Waited 25min for a coffee and another 5min waiting to speak with a worker but no luck because of busy business so just left without refund. Go here all the time but their service recently regardless of busy times has gone down at this location depending on day. I still love chick fil a but prefer any other location. They are just overwhelmed and I somewhat feel bad.

Word to the patrons of THIS chic fil a… CHECK your food for BUGS (particularly flies) and make sure your order is correct before you leave the parking lot! I have no idea how this chic fil a has 4.5 stars on google! We moved to SD in February and have had nothing but issues with our orders almost EVERY time!! Started off with tea machine being broke, then toppings on salad excluded, no straws, wrong chicken on the salad, BUT the absolute WORST has been a FLY in the bottom of my large tea! And it wasn’t discovered until I took my LAST sip and slurped it up through the straw, into my MOUTH! Comical, yes, but once I started thinking about being 7 months pregnant and that a fly was sitting in my drink the ENTIRE time, I became sick to my stomach! For our own health, we will not return to this location!

Love this local chick fil a everyone is always so nice and attentive. The food is always freshly made and prompt, I've been to other locations and they just don't measure up
