Margaret who took our order was awesome. Apple was sweet and opened the door for me into the women’s restroom. Frankie dropped off our order and was friendly. Everyone was super nice and seemed well trained here. We ordered the grill chicken sandwich, deluxe sandwich, 12 pc. nuggets and side kale crunch salad. Overall, a solid Chick-fil-A experience!
Coming from an ex-restaurant manager, I'd simply like to send this message to the leadership team: Ways to improve: 1). Putting someone who is new on register during lunch rush at 12:15pm is a really bad decision, especially when there is a long line with only 2 registers. 2). Having the other register person do other things like having to go to the back to get tea and handle other things while there is a long line is a bad decision. 3). Prioritizing the carry out, having 2 employees doing that, while the mobile orders and carry out folks are not even present to pick up the food while there is a long line is also a bad decision. 4). To have to wait 17 minutes for a cup of coffee shows there's something wrong. The one good thing: The dining room person was very kind and doing his job. I'm sure all the employees are good employees. But the manager of that shift simply DID NOT KNOW how to execute and delegate. Make sure your managers on shift know how to execute properly, especially during lunch rush. Thanks *I don't want to throw the manager on shift under the bus. But for leadership team improvement, It was september 21, 2023 lunch rush. You'll the manager on shift that day.
I've always been a big fan of the chino hills Chick fil-A but my last experience made me love them even more. I was having trouble making a catering order on the app for pick up the next day so I called the restaurant the next morning hoping I could make a big order for pick up and they made it happen for me in only 15mins. Everyone was super helpful from the cook to the manager. Not to mention the food excellent as usual. Highly recommend this place.
I was just there with my boyfriend and we wanted to use our gift card and this Cashier girl Marissa was very rude to us and was just talking for us when we were just trying to tell her that we wanted to get our points. Her service was just terrible and her customer service attitude could be better if she was behind a grill with no customer interactions.
I’m not sure why, but the last 3 times I have came here my order is wrong every time. Once I went and they were out of everything the second time they gave me fried nuggets when I ordered grilled and this last time they put the cold shaved chicken on my Cobb salad when I asked for grilled nuggets. I will go back i just need to remember to check my order before leaving because it never fails that something will be wrong.
This location consistently serves soggy sandwiches. The buns on their original chicken sandwiches have a big thumb hole where the kitchen staff poorly handles the bun. Terrible quality control. Chicken is dry. The staff here have no pride in their work. Go to the City of Industry location instead. Their sandwiches slap.
1st time trying Chick-fil-A and I think people hype this place up a bit too much. Don't get me wrong it is good food. I liked their sauce, lemonade and nuggets. Really long drive thru line but it was definitely flowing so we got our food quickly.
This is my favorite chick-fil-a location! The staff is always happy, helpful and nice. The service is fast and they’re always walking around offering refills and asking if we need anything. The food and service is always consistent. The tables, floors and restrooms are clean. Other locations should take notes from this Chino Hills location.
