I was able to attend their grand opening & it was amazing!!! Great service, food and atmosphere. I was welcomed by Chelsea, Isaac & their cow mascot and right away helped to place my order. I’m very happy with all the service. If you happen to be around the Chicago Ridge mall, go to this Chick-fil-A. 5 star service and 5 star food!!!

I had not had the chance to visit a Chick fil A for breakfast until today. It was delicious. I had the spicy biscuit sandwich and added the egg and cheese. Yum! I love everything on their lunch/dinner menu and look forward to trying more breakfast items. This location is always clean and I never have an issue. It is always a stress free visit.

Very disappointed with today’s visit at this Chicago Ridge location. I ordered through drive-through, and had a question about an offer through the app. My free offer was for a chicken sandwich entrée and expired today, but I wouldn’t be able to stop at a Chick-fil-A location later today for lunch or dinner. I asked the lady if it was OK for me to use the offer, but instead just receive a chicken fillet instead of a sandwich. I was told this was fine, but the chicken fillet would be smaller for breakfast, which is perfectly fine with me. I order the rest of my food, and waited 15 minutes just to get to the window and be told that the manager said this was not OK. According to the kind gentleman at the window, because the filet was smaller, and of lesser value, they were not able to do this. I was perfectly fine with receiving a smaller filet, but the manager just stood in the back and talk jokingly to the rest of the chick-fil-A team, instead of explaining this to me himself. I already ordered my other food, and waiting 15 minutes that I will never get back, so I proceeded to just pay, and not make a big fuss. Being that I am in management, I would’ve verbalized that this cannot be done initially, and Then, for the person to get to the window. This was a complete waste of my time, and I will NOT be returning to this location again.

There was a dead fly in my spicy deluxe sandwich!!! Definitely not eating here ever again lo

GERALD, The manager was very rude and he double charged me due to the color of my skin. He LIED and said the order that I was picking up was not in the system when in fact it was he was just giving me a hard time. His attitude was disgusting and has put a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth about the WHOLE BUSINESS. I was a loyal customer and now I don’t wanna come back EVER. I called corporate and they indeed confirmed his lies because my order was indeed in the system and paid for! He purposely tried embarrassing me saying the payment was declined when in actuality he was on Old order AFTER I told him I put in a new order . He was intentionally being an inconvenience. He was very rude after we called to rectify the situation and is a bad look to the business. He’s Very unprofessional and unethical.

They brought back the regular chick strips. I couldn't stand that they were only serving the spicy ones for so long. I had stopped buying their food because of that move. Now I'm a re- energized frequent consumer again. Great move.

I love it here! The food is always fresh to order and it comes out in a timely manner. The customer service is always A1! I was so in love with my custom order of spicy tenders and Mac n cheese cup...But now I have to switch it up to the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich because they have officially removed my spicy tenders from all Chick-fil-A restaurants! My feelings are a bit hurt about that(LOL). All in all, I give this place a 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I normally love it. But today was horrible. My chicken was not cooked all the way. I would complained but last time I did customer services was so rude and terrible. To the point that I felt they were causing me of the service. Oh because I was paying with a gift card, and I asked the lady how much was left, she said nothing. I found it strangely that it was the same total as my order. She keep my card, and I asked if I can have it back she nervously gave it to me and kind of angry. So I check my receipt and I have like 70.00 left, I was shocked, but this time I decided to go to a different chickfilla well my sandwich was terrible. I don5 think I will be going back any time soon 😕
