I hadn't gone here before and I had a gift card so I decided to try it out. I was very disappointed when I ordered a large fry 2 drinks and a small macaroni and cheese. When I opened my macaroni there was NO NOODLES. I just got a cup of cheese sauce and was already half way home.
Food was good and what you would expect from any Chick-fil-a. My only complaint is the drive through efficiency. We sat 15 minutes in line before reaching an attendant to submit our name (we had a mobile order) and another 5-7 minutes waiting for our food. At other restaurants they have 2 people in each line taking orders and this would have helped greatly to speed up the wait. I'm glad we had some extra time to wait but if you are looking for a quick bite to eat, I would think twice about using the drive through.
Stopped in for lunch and wanted to try the Chicken nuggets/bites! Got it as a meal and wasn't disappointed, nuggets were whole pieces of meat, not processed mush!!! Was pleased with the waffle fries taste and texture! Will definitely be back and try more of the menu!
This location is under new management and they got rid of curbside delivery. I won't come here anymore because I refuse to wait in a long drive through or to stand around inside and wait for my food.
The chicken nuggets are my go to drug of choice, but really everything I’ve tried has been excellent. Mac & cheese is always on point and hits the spot. Service is always pretty quick
My order taker, Molly, did not seem too happy to be there. This must have impacted her performance since my order was very incorrect. Guess I will be going to Raising Canes now. Edit: I actually DID go to raising canes after this. They were very helpful and didn’t forget my menu items. Best part was that my order taker was also very nice, much nicer than Molly. Another edit: Molly did not say my pleasure.
Ate at Canes and it was LOUD, but even with an upset child it was quieter. Was able to carry on conversation without saying, what did you say? Employees were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that if we needed a refill they went and got it.
I was told how good there food was there. The waffle fries had to be the worst fries I have ever had they were under cooked if at all mush not salted, and the deluxe chicken sandwich was so salty and cold I couldn't eat it, over all it's safe to say I will never eat there again
