Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Cartersville

I’ve been to a lot of chic fl a restaurants and this one was by far the dirtiest one I’ve ever seen! In the women’s room the sanitary containers in all the stalls were full and overflowing onto the floor (gross), the trash cans were overflowing, general trash on the floor and no paper towels to dry your hands with. Just dirty. When placing my order for food the counter was soaked with spilled drinks - so everything that touched the counter got wet with sticky soda/tea residue. Just not impressed at total lack of cleanliness. Food was just ok - nuggets were under cooked and fries were sent out cold, we had to ask for fresh food to be made. So disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and super efficient! Especially considering that there are two drive through lanes and dine in customers, we actually received our food before finishing preparing our coffee. The kitchen did an amazing job. Lots of team effort and the support shows 👏👏.

The servers are always cheerful and efficient. Their sandwiches actually look like the photos. The consistency of the food is incredible. It's ALWAYS good. Service is extremely fast, even though there was a pretty long line (it was lunchtime). How do they do it? I come here whenever I am traveling down the 24. Try the Spicy chicken deluxe. Sooooo good.

Food came out within 3ish minutes so super fast. I came at around 11:30 and there was plenty of seating as well as parking. The playroom was open as well. The service was kind and Efficient. As posted on the wall their health inspection score was only 87 which is not very high given it was a Chick-fil-A(meaning it was lower than the average score you would find at a Chick-fil-A). The bathrooms smelled like urine.

Car battery died and Brian the manager was instantly there to help with a jump start even during a breakfast rush on a Saturday. Rest easy knowing this establishment has competent and empathetic managers at the helm. The pre-golf round breakfast was delicious and accurate as always. Thank you Brian!

For this to be considered a chicken strip is sad. Also customer service was not up to par, worker sounded like she was rushing us and bored as well. Terrible experience.

This is a well cared for location that was really working to keep up with the out of town sports traffic. The team was exceptional an definitely held up the the chains high standards. The food was hot/cold and fresh and we had several team members checking to see if we needed anything additional. Highly recommend location.

I am truly rarely amazed at the service you get at Chick-fil-A, because it is so consistently good. But this place really stood out today! I was passing through the area and stopped to eat. The place was so busy I almost didn't stop here because I figured it would take a long time to get served. The drive-thru line was full and so was the parking lot. I went inside anyways and saw several baseball teams seated inside. I got in line and when one of the employees saw the line starting to grow she grabbed a tablet device and came and started taking people's orders so that when they got to the counter all they had to do was pay, and the food got started sooner. I kid you not, even as busy as this restaurant was it took me less than 5 minutes to get my food. On top of that, the order was correct and the food was as close to perfect as you're going to get. I am a big beef eater, but I will come here and eat chicken rather than go to almost anywhere else. And as a traveler, I really appreciate the CLEAN restroom!
