Usually love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately, on this occasion, our food was cold. We had a grilled chicken club sandwich. The waffle fries were warm and delicious but the sandwich let it down. ☹️

I ordered breakfast through Doordash 12/19 and was highly disappointed. I ordered the scramble bowl, a side of fruit, and a half and half tea. This was the smallest scramble bowl I have received from any Chick-fil-A and my tea was fully unsweet, not half and half. This was not worth the money I spent!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so happy to finally see diverse faces today and naturally that comes with better customer service of course. Derrick was amazing, he was so patient and the watermelon mint recommendation was top tier. Best Chic Fil A experience I’ve had, and I’ve been coming here for years.

What else is there to say? It’s Chick-fil-A, the most consistent fast food restaurant. I’ve eaten at this Chick-fil-A three times. The outdoor team that takes your order is always really nice and I get my food within three minutes of ordering and my order is always correct. I love Chick-fil-A.

Don't go inside, kids screaming at the top of their lungs, special needs 10 year old knocked her mother over on top of me, not a sorry just stood back up laughing. People who eat here are terrible with no consideration for others. Never going inside this establishment again. Do better cartersville people.

This is my first time to the Chick-fil-A in Cartersville. I have visited many Chick-fil-A's as it is one of my favorite lunch time meals. This place did not let down any standards that I've seen. Any other chick-fil-A. Great service. Great food as always, to be expected with Chick-fil-A.

This was the 1st time I've ever eaten here. I have heard people talk about it and how good it was. I'm glad to say all the hype was true. It was by far the tastiest spicy chicken sandwich I've had in a long time second only to my nannas.

Sad how inconsistent this Chick Fil A is, fries always half full, never put the sauces in the bag, and also mediocre customer service. Don’t forget what started your success CFA especially to the franchise owner who oversees this location!!!
