EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER DELIVERY MY FOOD IS NEVER FRESH! THE FRIES ARE NEVER THE AMOUNT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE AND THE CHICKEN IS NEVER EVER FRESH! I AM A CHEF AND YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE SERVING OLD CHICKEN/CHICKEN THATS BEEN SITTING UNDER A HEATER FOR HOURS!!! I ORDERED A MEDIUM FRY AND AS YOU CAN SEE IN MY PICTURE THE FRIES ARE HALFWAY! AND NO THE DRIVERS ARE NOT EATING MY FOOD BECAUSE IT IS STILL SEALED WHEN IT ARRIVES!!!

Got skipped in line complained and got nothing but excuses. Got a large fry and when I got home pictured is what I received. The stuffed the sauce in the fries

Chick Fill A food is great 5 Stars. But I’m tired of ordering and never getting the amount of sauce I requested. Is not my first time, I always considered it as a mistake they are busy and they didn’t pay attention to that. But today I decided to write this to see if they could improve that. If the app allows me to request 3 sauces why I don’t get them. I love them, so ether change for them or give what we as customers request in the orders. Thanks I hope you take if the right way. I love chick fill a, I don’t love not get what I order.

Oh my, this location is excellent. Food is great and service is exceptional. Everyone is so happy. Where did they get all these happy people? Double drive thru makes for a fast lunch

This is the nicest chick fil a I’ve ever been to and I go to Chick Fil A a lot! I go here for breakfast 2-3 times a week and then lunch in woodbridge. The staff here in the morning is accommodating and kind. They add fries to your breakfast and they add bacon to your breakfast bowl. Like what? They do it with a smile. They’re always in a good mood, smiling, and treat me like fam. I appreciate y’all. I would say just double check you get your straws and forks other than that they are great!!

Lately its been a horrible experience. Its almost everytime I go through the drive-thru there is something wrong with my order. I orderd a side salad and a kids meal with grilled chicken. They told me to pull in one of the car spots because the food wasnt ready. When I got the food, the kids meal was the fried nuggets, not the grilled. I didnt bother to check the fries because I saw the box. How can you mess that up? I got home to open up the food for my child and omg!!! There were only 2 fries in that box. Before you assume, no one was eating anything in my car. Like why??? Is the food even safe to eat? What is going on over there where the quality of food and service has gone down drastically.

Why????? This is beyond frustating!! I ordered a kids meal and only 2 fries. Are you kidding me? Like what type of vendetta do the workers have against customers? We are all customers to someones establishment. I was trying to feed my child tonight because Im too tired to cook after working all day and taking my child to her sports practice. The quality of this place has gone down significantly. I hope they get it together.

This is the slowest Chick full a I have even been to. The employees taking orders were playing on their phones inside the watching cars pull up coming out only after 2 or 3 car were waiting for assistance. They didn't have payment option other then at the window. And the employees taking payment and giving food didn't not pay enough attention to confirm the order was correctly packed. They were also quite short and unfriendly. Very sad experience.
