I ordered salad with no meat. When I got to work I realized they put chicken and bacon. Went all the back and nicely asked them to correct the order and they did. I asked if I can get a refill for my lemonade. The workers had no issue with it. They took my cup. The lady manager said NO! and she had me buying another one. Way to correct yall's mistakes.

Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches to me which is why I was disappointed on my last visit because I didn't get my order. This is the first time I've ever been there and it took so long I had to ask for my money back. Guess they're service is getting like everybody else. They used to stand out because of their super friendly fast service. Such a shame. They were the only fast food in Byram still worth going to.

They stopped taking orders at the drive thru menus and it took about 5 minutes sitting there for them to send anyone outside. Once they did come outside, the second young girl acted like taking orders was the least important thing she had to do today. Super long wait. Below average service. Not a very chick-fil-a like experience.

I went here today and the manager treated me in a super uncomfortable way. It was so weird…he gave off the vibe that my family was not welcome. We don’t live in this town and was just passing thru….so it’s not like we are bad repeat customers or something. But….we felt there was racism going on. We are a different race from everyone else in the building. (That I could see) It was cringe. He was kind to everyone of his race but spoke so sharp and demeaning to me. Our food was good and the lady who delivered our food was nice. But the manager was icy towards us. He should be more welcoming to other races or find a place where he isn’t exposed to other races if that’s his issue. Definitely not the regular Chick-fil-A vibe.

I like the food, never a problem there, but I don’t eat here enough to know the menu, especially for breakfast, so why is there no menu till after you order, half way around the building??? Asked the girl taking our order if she had a menu, and she literally panicked…. I shouldn’t have to pull it up on my phone & have someone stare at me while I decide

Never disappointed when eating here. Staff always friendly and professional.

Can't beat Chik-fil-A. Rarely have I had a messed up order, at any location. Can't say that about other fast food companies.

We got a chicken salad sammich and some lobster bisque soup. The chicken salad mix in the sammich was pretty good and tasty but the soup coulda had at least just a little bit of lobster in it of which there wasn't any lobster meat in it that I could tell. The soup was tasty, too, but the lack of its namesake, lobster meat, was a disappointment. Over all, I'd go back and have more!
