I have never been so disappointed in chickfila in my whole life. We arrived ten minutes before closing. We ordered one large mac n cheese and they charged and gave us three of them. They never read back off the order either. I had a free 8 piece chicken nuggets and received three tenders instead. I ordered a spicy sandwich and got a normal one. The entire order was messed up besides the drinks and fry. My husband began eating one of the mac n cheese and got towards the bottom and pulled out a long black hair tangled up in the cheese. This was absolutely disgusting and my husband than proceeded to throw up. It's past closing so I can't even call them or get the order replaced. I plan on calling in the morning, but this is unacceptable!

This location is always busy like most but they don’t always deliver when it comes to FRESH food like most other locations. I’ve never been so disappointed with Chick-Fil-a. Every bad experience I’ve had has been at this location. This is a late review, it’s been over a month since I’ve been because of my last experience. The chicken sandwich I received my last visit was horrible!!!! Over cooked, cold and no meat just burnt breading. The service is mediocre and the food is very underwhelming.

Chick-fil-A is the best place to go to... where the service is always A++ So nice, friendly, helpful, and respectful. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious down to the last bite and or sip.

They keep serving old food the grilled chicken sandwich looks and taste like it's a few days old I'm never coming back here again if I get food poisoning I'm going to sue them everybody need to bann together and boycott businesses like this who is literally scamming and stealing our hard earned money by giving us old stale food that is putting our lives in jeopardy and this is supposed to be a Christian company why are we letting companies like this get away with this??? Enough is enough let's rise up and make these big greedy corporations take accountability and appreciate their customers

Don’t go to this location. The guy taking my order was rude (Greg Ryan if it’s the name on my receipt). Didn’t ask what kind of kids meal I wanted or anything. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they gave me something else. Take your business elsewhere. No one has time for rudeness and not like their quality of food is worth the price they sell it for anyways.

The lobby was dirty The floor had all kinds of food on it. Tables where dirty. I don't know why they don't put a drink machine in the lobby. Having the employees refill my drink is poor use of there time and makes me have to stand and wait for someone to be available. There are enough employees here to have the lobby stay clean

We have been there twice in a week, last time the food was so nasty I gave it to my dog. This time my little brother wanted it and so I went back. I asked if my full order went through the guy told me yes but then I get home my fries were missing. Secondly my brothers fries was cold. We use to love eating here but it seems as if they are getting worse by the day.

Beware when ordering online from this location. Tonight, I placed an online order for my kids and their grandmother picked it up in the drive thru. Convenient, right? Wrong! Despite my credit card being charged and receiving a receipt in my e-mail, grandma was forced to pay for it a second time using her own card. A manager by the name of Jason H advised that the payment didn't go through and that if it did, he would "remember her face" and she could come back for the refund. This is absolutely absurd and defeats the purpose of making an online order. So as of tonight, I have a pending charge on my credit card and grandma is also out $50 until this gets sorted out. 2 charges, one order.
