Worst Chick-fil-A. Get it together. It's a joke. Can get the order straight. Charges for someone never ordered. This was the last time. The pimento cheese is ridiculous. The gluten free option is just on the menu. Stay away from that location

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING As someone who works for chic fil a, this is not okay. I normally have better things to do but this post is solely about principle, I’m not asking for money back I’m not trying to do anything accept shed light on what I imagine is happening everywhere, if I’m not the first this has happened to, please let me be the last, please managers read your reviews to your staff and don’t just take it upon yourself to learn from these, there is a lot of honor in owning and fixing your mistakes. Thanks for reading I hope this is not a problem in the future when I buy a meal I just expect it to be full because it’s almost 20 dollars and I know it’s not a lot but the principle matters, I doubt anyone wants to pay 100% (this is after inflation too mine you) and then not get 100% of the order. I got a salad and was extremely disappointed with the portion was half full, and literally 5 piece of little chicken for a $10 salad I’m extremely unsatisfied with this Chick Fil A location.

This location was amazing! Friendly smiles, greeted as I walk in to the counter. Quincey took my order, he was very patient with me, as I was super complicated as usual (vegan stuff), but the manager help us as well with ease. Definitely stop by this Chick-fila-A it’s Awesomeness!

There was a hair in my salad. I Went there this afternoon and order a meal that included a side salad. When I got my salad and opened it there was a ball of hair in it! I didn't make a big deal because I know mistakes happen. The reason I'm writing this is because of how the situation was handled. I went at approximately 11:30 am eastern time on 3/14/2023. When I went back in the store and told the lady to look in my salad she said I'm sorry and brought it to the MANAGER's attention. The MANAGER says "it's on top of the salad" IMPLYING that I LIED about a BALL OF HAIR that is in my salad. That is ridiculous because why would I take time out of my work day to go back to the store to tell them a lie about something that is in my food. So I will not be a customer at that restaurant again. The MANAGER didn't even acknowledge me either!! She sent the associate to deal with me and the store wasn't even busy. That is ridiculous

I mostly use this store for on-line pick up, but I dined in today. Let me ask to the store manager. Do you train your cashiers to never smile to the customers? Usually, I love Chick-fil-A because every cashiers and staff are friendly, smiling, and very supportive. But this is not. They appeared with flat and long faces. I thought they forget how to make a smile. But, I was wrong. They smiled and laughed loud among them when talked with, but not to customers..I was surprised. Your policy was changed? I will keep using Chick-fil-A, but not definitely this store! One more thing. They did not even pay attention to take order, and some orders were wrong. They did not seem to sorry.

The young students here are very friendly, polite, and helpful. Also, I got my order really fast! My first time ordering at Chic-fil-A but definitely not the last.

I love Chick-fil-A and have always supported this company. I even worked at a one in high school. This is the only CFA location I’ve ever given a bad review. I’ve lived here for over a year now, and this location is awful. My order is almost always wrong, the food is always cold to luke-warm, the fries are always too salty, and the team doesn’t seem to communicate well. If ever I visit another location, I’m reminded just how disappointing this one is. Please do better Chick-fila-A.
