Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Brooksville

chick-fil-a is literally my favorite so when things aren’t right it is a little upsetting. i ordered a spicy southwest salad like always, when i got home i realized it didn’t have the corn or the beans in it… which was a bummer. and also didn’t get my tortilla strips which all 3 of those things are what makes the salad so definitely disappointed. basically just had chicken and cheese in it, hopefully they’ll start paying better attention to the food going out

This is my first time back at this location since they reopened. It's been very frustrating trying to get in there because of how they've set up the whole drive-thru. Anytime I've come by people are completely wrapped around the building and you can't pull in. I finally managed to get in today and it seems they are so unorganized and unprofessional and very slow. But I was happy I was finally able to get in and get some food. Until I realized my food was burnt. As you can see in the photo. I just threw away the bottom half of the English muffin and ate what I could because I was hungry. The chicken did not taste as good as I remember, and was extremely fatty. I was happy to see this place reopen but now I don't think I'll be coming back to this location again.

Great allergen menu and precautions. They even list the sauce ingredients at the register. Place is clean and bright. Staff is very friendly.

Poor service. My daughter placed an online order. Went inside and stood there. Completely ignored at the pick up counter. Employees acknowledged other guests but continued to ignore her. Finally was able to ask about her food only to find out it was sitting at that counter the whole time. I would like to say this is a rare occurrence but it’s not.

Loved the experience at Chic-Fil-A on Cortez! Service was excellent. Nice touch we had someone even come by a couple of times to check how we were doing and offer my kids a drink refill! Highly recommend.

Not very vegetarian friendly. They used to have a really good side salad, but they took that off the menu And I am not going to pay $10 for a fast food salad. So all I had was some waffle fries which were kind of gummy. Won't be going back there. But the people were very nice

Generally I don't go to Chick fil a. I don't like their chicken. But I did like the waffle fries. Unfortunately today it was bad. My fries were lukewarm and not crispy. However the service was impeccable. This is a first in 5 years and I doubt I'll go back.

Had an alright experience here. Staff was nice too me and food came out fine, nothing to really complain about but also nothing that really shines out. 4/5 stars pretty solid spot to stop by.
