Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Brockton

This is my first time feeling the need to give me fast food restaurant review. Not only the food is good, but the service is superb! Nothing feels like a fast food restaurant, besides the food coming fast. This places always clean and well stocked. The manager is always nice and attentive. Even the rest of the workers are pleasant without an attitude like most fast food restaurants. My family actually feels excited to go to a chain restaurant!? I really hope the owner recognize this kind of performifrom his team. I really hope the owner recognizes the performance of this team. Devin + family

Ordered a grilled chicken meal, sandwich was cold when received (dine-in order with normal waiting time about a few minutes) and the large fries was as you see on the photos. I never received dissatisfaction from Chick-fil-A from any other places. So disappointed! I wish to have time to talk to the manager that time!

Horrible service right from management! Doesn’t believe in customer satisfaction! Went in and ordered a Cobb salad, large fries, and a sunjoy (didn’t specify size) but they gave me what appeared to be a medium cup. Ate my food and wanted to get a refill of another sunjoy except this time I wanted to try the watermelon.. asked for a refill with the same cup, and they said no they don’t do refills that I would have to pay for a new one. Fair enough.. got in line and ordered a new one. Except this time, they downsized my cup size. What they gave me was a small ice coffee cup that shows check boxes for original, vanilla, and other. The I guess owner or manager that was working the registers implied that they only have 1 size for the sunjoy. I told them that I just had a bigger size.. and he said he’d have to talk with the team because that’s not supposed to happen instead of just agreeing with the customer this time and offering customer satisfaction. Fine. But why does their advertisement right above them specify “medium” in the images and the size in the pictures are different from what I received??

For the most part, Chick-fil-A has one of the best customer service of all fast food locations. I love their feature that allows me to preorder and pick up in the drive thru. It’s an easy way to make sure that your order was entered correctly. The employees are very pleasant. During this interaction, my dog Lokke even got some attention for his pup cup addiction lol. I can’t say that nothing has ever gone wrong but I can be sure to say that everything has always been resolved to my satisfaction.

I m very impressed after having spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and chocolate mill shake. Its taste is making an addiction to it. Chick fil A foods are mainly chicken and it is spot for chicken lovers in USA

Ordered for the dining room. They were surprisingly quick for a Saturday early evening dinner. The order was correct and the sandwich and nuggets were tasty. The fries were a bit underdone for our taste. But the milkshake was superb.

Honestly, a bit disappointed as they usually exceed my expectations. The chicken strips were overcooked, dark brown and a bit greasy. I ordered 7 pcs and they were all the same, could not finish them. Also the fries were not crisp and under done. Service, though was outstanding, they just need to get it all together. I may be a little harsh as I was a fast food franchise owner.

I love Chick-fil-A, at any restaurant I was treat good, best personal and great food, but not in this store. The cashier was talking all the time with “aha, yea, something else?”. They charge me for the cheese sauce and after I heard that they don’t have anymore, but still I was charge. I was expecting to give me something else but nothing, not even a word. Unprofessional staff, I will not coming here again.
