Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Bowie

I found a gnat inside of my salad today. This is not the first time I’ve ordered food from this particular Chick-fil-A and found a foreign object inside of my food. The kitchen area is a health hazard. I spoke with the manager prior and informed her that the employees should wear gloves and hair nets. These people do not care about your well being.

Usual efficient ordering process and pick up as normal. I do appreciate that about this place. Anywhere we go. We love to travel and appreciate the clean bathrooms and the consistently good food and service. I tried the grilled chicken wrap for the first time and loved it. That will be my go to.

Lately the service at this location has been slipping!!! I have currently been stuck in the drive thru lane for almost 20 minutes and there wasn’t even a line! Nor was it busy at all!! What’s going on chick fil a? If i would have been able to get out of the line i totally would have but there’s no way out once you’re in that line you’re trapped! SMH disappointed! And the employees arent at their expected chick fil a caliber of attitude! Could’ve gone to Wendy’s for this service!

I was out there after 3:00 I asked for an extra sauce which is your ranch sauce, I order a Cobb Salad the young lady wanted to charge me for the sauce. I told her that I am never had to pay for extra sauce. I called the number that's listed for this store a recording came on asking for my remote number. I wanted to speak with the manager never got that chance because every time I dailed that number I kept getting the same recording. I come from Capitol Heights just to come there because it's nicer. Plus to me the size I need two sauces. I did a carry out.

I’ll start off with the good first. Staff is usually very attentive and quickly gets orders out. I LOVE the mobile drive thru lane. I hated waiting forever in previous drive thrus when I had a mobile order and the five people in front of me are taking forever to order. Now the negatives: the food quality at this particular Chick-fil-A is routinely poor. The nuggets are such poor quality chicken to the point where I buy a 12 count just to hope I get four decent quality pieces. The nuggets and fries also I feel like are slightly undercooked. Not raw, I just feel they could be crispier. However I never have any real issues when I get breakfast.

I ordered 20 Chicken mini's and received packs of honey. I didn't realize this until I arrived home. It would have been nice if a few extras were available or even better, ask the customer.

Best fast-food in the country. Chick-fil-A is unmatched. Food is always fresh! Great Mac and cheese!!! The best fries ever. The salads are delicious. Chicken is well seasoned. Food presentation and customer service is wonderful. I think I am addicted. Love this place.

This may surprise you, but chik fil a has some vegan side options. Check their website for details. We stopped here on a road trip. Plenty of parking and food came out quick. The bathrooms however were small and in need of attention.
