It's so disappointing to order food and then get home only to realize that they forgot an entire order. Won't go back to this location again. That's the second time it's happened here. And no, I won't drive 30 minute round trip to go pick up the food you forgot and I paid for. You should train your employees better so they don't forget an entire order.
This location is almost always packed but they do a really good job of keeping customers moving through the line effectively and efficiently. The employees are always kind and attentive and the location is very convenient to most things in town. The only issue I’ve repeatedly had with this location was with pickles. 4 times I have asked for a side of pickles not eat with my nuggets, the first time I received a soup cup size of pickles, second time received no pickles, third time received a tiny cup with 2 pickles in it, fourth time I asked for at least 8 pickles and received zero. Let’s work on the pickle situation please
My 5-year-old loves the indoor play area they have. I go in and give her a little food every once in awhile while she's playing. Very efficient staff great food I get the spicy chicken sandwich. We forego the toy and get ice cream with the kids meal. Very happy experience.
The indoor playground is definitely the best place safe zone in the NWA franchise. The team here is always extremely friendly, and polite. The food comes out, hot and fresh all the time and the parking lot is extremely clean. Speaking of the parking lot… I wish they would purchase a little more land surrounding this building, because lunchtime is a little ridiculous with cars that are backed up all the way onto Walton Boulevard. That just shows how good this place is.
The absolute slowest Chic Fil A I’ve ever been to. It is 100% faster to go across town to the 2 in Rogers. I don’t know what their issue is at this one but I will not waste another minute there until new management arrives.
This place needs to get it together like the rest of the Chick fil-a restaurants. Very slow poor service! Will make the drive to Rogers next time…they have you prepay so when you wait 25 mins, you have no choice but wait longer- ridiculous
I never have anything negative to say about any Chick-fil-A locations. The service is always wonderful, and the food is the best. You can't get better fast food chicken than this. The nuggets are my favorite, and the waffle fries are the only fries I will eat without condiments.
Food is great. Ordering . . . Meh. I am hard of hearing. The young person taking the order is always looking down so its hard to hear them. After multiple visits, I have yet to get exactly what I ordered. -⭐ Because of the design of the entrance, parking takes forever. - ⭐
