Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Bel Air

Here is what my $11 meal was for me today 3/12/23: bread was falling to pieces the entire time I was eating it. Talked to staff manager, I did retain his name, he had two new sandwiches made since first sandwiches were cold. Now, if this sandwich was freshly made, why was the bread falling apart? bacon was sticking to cheese, and the chicken was sticking to the bread and breaking apart. I will not come back to this location. This sandwich was warmer, and bread was literally sticking to my fingers. Customer Service was not friendly at all ... until one lady behind the counter greeted us like we were worth the money and brought us new food that got cold waiting on the sandwiches.

Customer Service is usually great, and the guy who took my order was really nice. However…. my napkins, sauce, and receipt were all stuffed on top of my fries, and my fries were half full due to it. Why would anyone want that?

Shout out to Calvin for bringing the best energy to the place! My boyfriend and I came here late one night, tired and stressed out and he turned our whole night around. Amazing personality and the best service we have received in a long time. We will definitely be coming back because of him.

Stopped to get a fry snack while getting eyeglass prescription and geocaching. Good food as usual. Saw these topiary cow and calf outside Chik-fil-A in Bel Air. Coolest thing to see. How they did it? I'm not sure, but definitely an unusual sight. You should stop by and take a look. Oh, and get some good eats.

Calvin was the nicest person ever while taking our order! He was just happy to do his job even while it was so busy. The world needs more people like him. Thank you calvin!!

Black girl employees need to work on her people skills. Being nice to everyone is Chick-fil-A's reputation. But everyone else is great! Excellent service all the time.

For the first time ever I didn't enjoy the food tonight. The chicken noodle soup is my favorite and I order it all the time but the taste was off. My salad should have been grilled but it was spicy chicken. This location normally meets the mark. The staff is friendly, they go above and beyond and do it at the busiest location but today was an off day for my favorite location.

I am very disappointed in my trip to the Bel Air location this evening! I live in Abingdon, but their location has been temporarily closed for about a month now! I drove to Bel Air just for that reason! I used to love their Mac and Cheese! But the last few times that I have been there!!! The Mac and Cheese has not been that good at all! The cheese was seriously lacking! I had to put my own cheese in my Mac and Cheese the last time. I would have did the same thing this time too! If I had bought my food home!
