While the drive thru was busy, it was exceptionally slow this time I went. I was on the outside lane, had one meal and 2 drinks. The inside lane always goes much faster for whatever reason, not following the flow of orders placed, but no one came up to me and asked my name for about 15 minutes. I was the front of the outside lane. Eventually, the people behind me in the outside lane started to get their food, and the workers had to finally come and ask me what I ordered. After about another 5 minutes, I got it and both the sodas were flat. Definitely not worth the price for the kind of experience you get when they’re busy.

Chick-Fil-A is just always fabulous! I love the atmosphere, the customer service, and just everything about it! Also, for anyone who doesn't know, the Mac and Cheese is literally the best Mac and Cheese in the universe! So good!

This review is strictly about the idiotic process they had Wednesday night (September 20th) around 7:30 pm. We ordered on the app before we got there. When we arrived the line just to get in line and talk to an order taker wrapped completely around the building. We got into that line at 7:26 pm. The line move fairly quickly and we got to an order taker in about 3 minutes. From there though, it was another 16 minutes before we had our food and could exit the line. We were in the outer line, and it barely moved, while the inner line moved quickly. When we eventually got around to where we could see the drive up window, there was only one employee handing out food, and he was basically ignoring our outer line--almost like he didn't see any of us. The food kept piling up in the window, he kept handing food to cars in the inner line, and our line sat as the minutes ticked by. Where the heck was the manager during all of this. Eventually another employee came outside to help, By the time we left, we had spent 19 minutes in line. I was mad. What ever happened to Chic-Fil-A's supposedly brilliant methods to run a drive through and get people through quickly? Obviously not at this location, not any more. I really don't want to return here after this fiasco.

Slower than other Chick-fil-As I've been to. And I'm not sure if it was a communication issue or not but my order was incorrect. Still ate it though and the food was great.

I love getting a spicy deluxe after a hard workout. I met up with a friend after and this location gets it right, everytime! The service is always on point!🤘🏽☺️

This particular Chick-fil-A is way better than most. The People Are Awesome the food is always fresh and warm the fries are never rebaked and it's always service with a smile. Just in general awesome

Always fast and efficient service at this location. Food was delicious too! Took it to go, but even the atmosphere inside the restaurant is welcoming.

Of course, we love to eat here, but for as busy as this location gets, it would be nice if the parking situation was better, or maybe just the entire lot needs to be bigger somehow. I have 2 young children who needed to use the restroom, and WOW, was it intense today weaving through and watching for cars.
