Food and service was amazing. The line is super long for drive thru, which was holding up traffic all the way past the store into the next turn area. We ended up going inside, which means they took our order earlier, but we still waited a while for the food so not sure it made a difference vs drive thru.
I went through the drive through for a coffee. I ordered it black with 2 sugar. At the window I got my coffee and a package with the sugar and a stir stick. I was puzzled as most places add the sugar before giving it to you. I explained that now I need to get out of the drive through, find a place to park, and take care of my coffee before I can get going. She said it’s a health department rule, but could not explain why Dunkin across the street can do it.
The nicest staff of any fast food restaurant, ever. Amazing first time at any Chick-fil-A. They welcomed us with a sample of sauces, let us try their signature chicken sandwich on the house and even gave us warm cookies for our trip!

First time I had a problem with this chik fil a usually they are good with the sizes of chicken but today I've had an extremely small piece of chicken compared to the sandwich Edit 5/15/2023 This chik fil a is getting worse..... the picture added (the fries) is what I keep getting now, not topped off.... and multiple orders were wrong when I got them with the customer service was abysmal. Today I ordered food with some rewards and got two brownies as rewards, I had to go back into the store and ask for another one. This chik fil a store is sometimes good and sometimes not. It is really a flip of a coin at this point
Always love the great food and fast friendly service. Jason took my order today and he was great. Fast, efficient and super friendly. Even said hello to my dog which always makes me smile. I hope I see him next time. Thank you!!
Attention everyone in Delaware do not go to this restaurant. They are notorious for not getting your order correct. I recently was there and several items were incorrect. Prices have increased and with spending 50+ dollars my order should have been correct. Please do not go to this establishment!
This resteraunt has the best customer service. No matter which one you choose to go to, it's always good service. They need to share with McDonald's how to either train their staff or how they pick the nicest people.
