Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Bakersfield

Catching a flight back to Austin, Texas and stopped in for a chicken sandwich. The service was good, location was clean, and the only complaint was the size of the chicken breast. Not sure if it’s a California thing or what, or maybe everything’s bigger in Texas. But, the chicken breast was very small. It didn’t bother me much because to be honesty, I don’t like a big thick chicken breast, so it was all good. The bathrooms were open and clean too.

Food is good; expensive and small portion but good. Only negative thing was the people working the drive through who attempted to hand my order off to three different people. I was very confused then my order was basically tossed at me and was told to have a nice day. Very odd I guess the workers are just stressed. Also was given 5 straws and the root beer was very flat. Worst root beer I think I've ever had if La Croix ever made a root beer flavor it would probably taste like that. Anyways 2 stars basically just for the root beer.

Best shakes on the planet earth. The Lord's calories 🔥🎯, great customer service. Everytime I go everyone is super chill. The vibe is dope.

Recently I have been noticing disheartening behavior from managers at this location. I always receive great service here but have been noticing a change in behavior in management. What has caught me off guard the most is seeing managers get upset with employees in front of customers. I have never once been in contact with an employee who was anything but amazing! To me the change of atmosphere is super noticeable and very makes me feel very uncomfortable as a customer….. Acting appropriately to your employees and helping them out is important! Especially when customers are watching.

Crowd at lunch time. A bit long queue. For my personal taste, overall is good but cookie and cream milkshake is too sweet.

This restaurant is extremely obnoxious. Workers are extremely rowdy and hang out in public eating areas talking abruptly. As we walked in the manager was rowdining about 10 workers to scream at customer friends as they walked through the door. The one one stockdale is a more calm place and workers act a lot more professional. Food is good, although sometimes chicken can tend to be excessively dry

The drive thru line was insane there were so many cars that decided to dine. The cashier was friendly we received our order very quickly considering how busy they were Walked in the place was popping, place was clean, floors were mopped. As for Heath and safety they were on it. All the employees had face masks so they were obviously making it a priority to take safety for the employees and as well as their customers as well as the public . After every customer would leave the table someone would come immediately to disinfect it. Great job! Definitely coming back!!!

Ordered through drive thru though relatively quick the young girls working didn't ask if it was your first time there or explain the menu..they seemed more concerned with getting off shift than customer service Unfortunately after spending $32.. they only thing impressive was the peach shake though not filled to the top and the waffle fries were a delightful surprise...the grilled nuggets tasted bland and the other breaded items were reminiscent of burger king but not as good .....the items were in tiny pieces and tiny portions... definitely not a repeat customer here
