I got a cool wrap without meat it was quite good. i cant eat much here sense im vegetarian.

Chicken Nuggets weren't done! My food should sound and feel like Im tearing leather apart!!! Just got off work and ordered and purchased dinner and wasn't able to eat it. Very disappointed! What a waste of Money! I'm returning these Nuggets for a refund tomorrow!

I ordered a Chick-fil-A biscuit and when I got it you could not even see the chicken under the bun it was not much better than two chicken nuggets. When I spoke with the manager they refunded my card however they didn't even apologize or offer to replace it. I love Chick-fil-A but I'll will not be eating at this location again.

Chick-fil-A recently opened a new restaurant in Bainbridge, Georgia and I had to check it out. It was larger than I expected. They were busy (no surprise) and the staff friendly. Many employees came out to offer refills, etc. It has a nice playroom for the kids, too. Fast service, friendly smiles and fantastic food!

Hit the drive-thru here on a Saturday afternoon as I traveled to Tallahassee. It was really busy, but they had a person standing in each lane taking orders so things moved along pretty quickly. It was as smooth as clockwork & was back on the road in no time.

Not worth your time. Food is always a greasy disappointment. If the chicken filet is shaped like a T and 1/3 the size of the bun it shouldn't be sent out. The folks here can't cook fries right to save their lives. Save your money and just cook at home. The last bastion of fast food hope in Bainbridge has fallen

To be honest I think Chick-fil-A is becoming a little overrated. They're getting a little full of themselves. They need to be humble as they want to wear and understand that it's just fried chicken. I kind of felt like this particular location had a different vibe to it, more like a we're going to try harder to make you happy, but to be honest the food was just okay if they're doing seasoning in a house it seemed a little bit off. Not sure if they had a bad day or what the story was but all in all as I mentioned early Chick-fil-A's got to get back to basics and get back to doing what they do well which is serving the community and cooking great chicken.

One of the few places you can pretty much rely on to get what you're paying for service is usually 100% every now and then I miss this to be expected as often as I visit these places. But Chick-fil-A seems to be a constant reliable option. All things considered.
