I cannot make this $hit up , pardon my French but seriously happens every single time in the drive thru. This is the fourth and final time that I go to this drive thru without checking my fries I don’t know if it’s the manager or the owner or whoever but you should not charge people $4 for fries and fill them half way. Very dirtbag move. I know McDonald’s and other places are trending this behavior but they make millions a year and waste even more on top of that. To give scraps Is so much disrespect to the customer just a slap in the face.
Love working “from home” at this CFA instead of a coffee shop. it’s always super clean, strong AC in these summer months, outlets to use my computer, and easy to order food from my table without having to wait in line. it’s MY pleasure to have a nice comfy work environment.
Bought food for my kids, 4 Large Fries. Not only did I received 3 instead of 4 which they charged me for 4 but also all the large fries which are $2.95 were half full. All 3 of them they gave me were half full. Very disappointing. Double check your order once received.
With the Christmas lights shining through the whole building at night. It is amazing pleasant . The place is super clean and easy to access the bathroom . And very friendly staffs that keep everything in orders for delivery persons .
Great all around experience, from the young lady taking my order to the young woman bringing my food to the table. Both were very pleasant and polite with beautiful smiles. My chicken sandwich was really good, slight crunch on the outside and tender and flavorful on the inside. I can't wait to go back.
It’s one of the all-time customer-oriented chains. This location is exemplary. Always cordial and accommodating, their enthusiasm and communication are infectious, a key to keeping the loyal crowd engaged. Yesterday, this tall young man with eyeglasses not only gave me some extra napkins but also wet wipes after I told him I might need to clean up some spills while carrying food in and out of the car. This joint really shows care and willingness to go the extra mile!

This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A I usually go to the one in Glendora but we had just been to Azusa Pacific College Warehouse Theater and we're hungry! Had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo and it was delicious!
