User Reviews

This is my go-to Chick-fil-A so I've been here a few times before. I usually have a good experience here but today was probably the best one I've had so far. The employees here are really cool and don't have that "forced" enthusiasm you see at some other places. I believe the guy who brought me my food was the owner of the store. After opening my bag, I realized I didn't have a straw. I was about to go up to get one, but right at that moment the same guy had come back and handed one to me. Probably the best CFA in the state, if not the world!

Food is decent, when they are open. Ridiculous that they were open every day all summer until 10PM, but now that school is in they close at 9PM. There are literally hundreds of customers in downtown that want food after 9PM, some classes get out at 9. The freestanding CFA that was in this location before was open until 10PM every day. The response I got when I asked management was they "close to accommodate our employees schedules". Given the other poor reviews of this CFA in the last few weeks, it sounds like you need less student workers and more real workers!

This location is the worst Chick-fil-A. I worked with Chick-fil-A for over 12 years and I know customer service. This location was very rude while waiting on door dash order. I was waiting 30 to 40 minutes for them to say that We Need To Call Door dash. This isn't the first time we had problems with employees. They don't show respect.

They are very different from Tigertown Chick fil A. When I was at the pick up ,window the clerk didn't speak, didn't verify my order, didn't say a word. Never had that to happen before. I asked for 8 sugars for my coffee and got 8 packs of salt. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I will definitely stick with Tigertown Chick-fil-A.

Took my money made me wait extra long third everyone else first is did not talk to me just say it’s coming and waiting for five minutes. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone the phone just hanging up. Worst service ever they took by eight dollars and I didn’t get any food and couldn’t talk to a manager.

I've eaten at chick-fil-A for at least 40 years. For the first time I have to give a bad rating. The fries were packed into the container to the point they were mashed. They were cold also. One of the 2 sandwiches was cold as well. Very disappointed.

Will working the order station is the definition of hospitality! Can’t help but leave with a smile after every encounter with him. Need more Wills in the fast food business!

What else is there to say but Chic FIL A is superb in everything they do. Top notch food as well as service. Prices are ok. They general cost in inline with everything these days. But this fast food is worth it. I never had a bad or under whelming experience Ever!
