Love this Chick Fil A. Best in Atlanta for everything. Quick service and always get it right. They always put extra pickles when I max them out at 5 on the app. Don’t worry about the color of the chicken it’s from the moisture of the pickles. Everyone is very nice and accommodating!!

This Duluth, GA location has a nice exterior, but the customer service I am used to was gone. The service that I get in Jacksonville, FL is much better. I felt rushed and unappreciated, not to mention that the muffin on my egg white delight was burnt...NO BUENO

Last week, I ordered from Grubhub. Chic Fil A on Grubhub made the process a little more difficult because they didn't let me to get my food in a combo, so I had to order each meal individually as well as purchase 8 ounce sauces because they didn't allow me to add what sauces I wanted to my meal. meal was brought on time, however the texture and color of my nuggets were a little alarming. Given that I had a large order to fill, I would prefer that my meal be late and well cooked rather than on time and undercooked.

I never write reviews but I come here all the time. I’ve had the liberty of working for a company that flew me to different states to work on the Wi-Fi for Chick-fil-A. I’ve been to several states and never encountered a nasty employee like Marcus! I literally cringe everytime he’s at the drive through. He’s nasty, never asks about sauce and dismissive.

I ordered through the app for a carry out order and I must say this is the first time in a LONG time Chick-fil-A disappointed me. This tells me this particular restaurant needs QA. Our drinks were not full, the kid’s meal had fries when we ordered Mac and cheese, our fries were so soggy they folded over yet they were brown and filled half way, my chicken tenders had two small pieces and two regular sized pieces. I’m not sure if this particular franchisee is attempting portion control and if so this is a very tacky way to do so. Unfortunately I didn’t get the feeling we all get of euphoria after visiting Chick-fil-A.

I wanted to get something pretty quick and good to waste a little time. So I went to this location I asked for nuggets during breakfast time and I was told that they couldn’t do the nuggets right now when any other location does that they just tell you you have to wait 10 min which wouldn’t have been an issue at all when another person walked in and asked nearly the same thing they fully paid them attention and they asked for grilled chicken nuggets and got the response of no problem it will be a 10 min wait so with that being said I’m definitely confused and will gladly never return to this location

It's always a pleasure to visit Chick-fil-A and everyone is always so pleasant. The food is always fresh and received on time. Thank you so very much for making my day great!

The only reason I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars is because of a lady named Angela, she is the only manager, really person up there that demonstrates she is capable of doing her job consistently to perfection. The staff is very young and not as efficient as you would expect a CFA to be. Not sure what the Operator Chauncey is trying to cultivate there but after what, 5 years...he has made little very little change. He walks around sporadically doing what? It seems like he tries to intimidate the staff into doing what they need to. I have never seem that man smile. So that says a lot about the leadership there. I'm rooting for this location, but it appears some changes at the top are definitely needed.
