There is no parking as all parking spots are taken by delivery vehicles, customers must park by the dumpster or at the gym. Numbers on the tables mean nothing. Got to watch someone else open my food and even unwrap my breakfast burrito before returning it, and then staff brought it back out to me and when I questioned it was told they changed the bag.

Good evening I visited the drive thru at around 9:00 pm. Wednesday 9-6-2023. Had the worst experience I have ever had at chick fil a. I wanted to use my rewards points for my meal the app would not work. Drive up and explained to the gentleman I wanted to use my rewards points but the app would not work for me. He said let me see. I again entered on the app again and he said you have to complete your order. I said I did it will not work. I ask can you not just scan the rewards here he said no you would need to pull to window and ask for a manager. I said just place the order I will pay. He never ask to scan my app and at this point I forgot myself. So I thought I would just renter later. I never received a receipt. So now I unable to enter manually. I have the sticker from my bag but it does not have the store # on it and this is required. Then as the gentleman was making my milk shake he splattered everywhere. Then handed to me with milk shake dripping down the sides!!!!! I took my good and drove off pulled over in parking lot and the food was cold!!!!! I was never greeted Berber said thank you or my pleasure or anything very rude customer service. I

I've never met such a rude employee at a chick-fil-a. We came in at 7:50 for dinner and a safe place for my 6 year old and my 1 year old to play. I was placing my order through my app when this employee walked in and said "SORRY THE PLAYGROUND CLOSES AT 8" with the most rude and cold demeanor possible. There are no posted signs stating they close at 8. The signs say the dining room closes at 9 pm. And when I called asking this location if they had a playground they told me yes and that it closed at 9 pm. She looked pissed to be there. Looked like she just didn't want to wait on us to clean up. Or she judged that I had no food in my hand. Whatever it was, it was definitely noticeable that she didn't care about hurting the kids feelings or coming off insensitive and just plain rude. I understand that things close. But she could of at least told us nicely and not stared us down so nasty when the kids were getting their shoes on.. the entire experience really rubbed me the wrong way. If it wasn't for my daughter getting so sad about it I would of canceled my order all together. Instead I just went through the drive through...

Driving through on a trip. Always stop at Chick-fil-A because everything is flawless. This time, however, the employees seemed put out, and no one smiled. Our sandwiches were good, but the fries were the size of quarters and not fresh. I would have taken them back but were already back on the road.

This is to the Franchise. First you quit serving your carrot slaw (which was my favorite!) The kale salad used to be pretty good. Now it is just some large chopped up kale with a little dressing on the bottom and a small bag of chopped almonds??? What happened to the fruit and other nut topping? That cost $4?? Our fries were white not brown at all? The chicken club was good. But that this was disappointing otherwise is an understatement! The service was good. But $18 for a meal we should have gone elsewhere!

Horrible, thank you Abigail for missing 2 sandwiches, I should have guessed by the poor attitude of yours something would be wrong. It's not cheap to eat out and with 10 people working I assume my food would be there. My bad. Will strongly apposed anyone going here. This place is downright Horror to the customers and I called to get a refund and I get hung up on saying they will get a manager. That's fine you want to play stupid games let's do it.

What more is their to say? Best chicken and best service, hands down. They live put their Christian values in a business. Great job!

Surprisingly, 5 employees talking behind counter when we arrived, they ignored us, had to wait until one employee finished with others order, food was of very poor quality, had to take my drink back as I could not drink it, tables were dirty, trash cans were full, bathrooms had paper everywhere and cans were full, no manager in sight, wow! The worst I have seen in this franchise, not sure what is going on, probably avoid this store!
