Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is superb as is the service. I have trouble at many other ff restaurants getting drive thru orders wrong repeatedly...but never your restaurant, no matter the city. Today I tried the Chocolate Chip cookies & love them! ❤️ will order those again!

Food and service always good, but come on yall are better than this. Had a half bottom of a potato that was not cut and took up most of the fry box room. Do better!!!

It was phenomenal, as usual! I used to go prior to the renovation, the experience was always the same exchange pleasantries, get the food, and then leave... Nowadays I tend to do a mobile order because dining in doesn't fit my schedule and every single employee always has a personalized genuine greeting and that same awesome speedy service!! I went this morning and got breakfast, now I do go by often but the girl at the window asked for my name and one of the guys I see often greeted me with my name and spoke for a bit! Since I've been coming back, it's definitely a much more genuine and happier environment!

I stopped into chick fil a last night. The food was old, especially the fries. They had a car sitting in line talking to them for 10 minutes. Everyone kept having to go around. Customer service was horrible and no condiments were given inside the bag. i’m truly shocked that I’m having to write this review for Chick-fil-A.

The food and service was great but it’s like meat locker cold. My kids and I had to leave it was so cold. Was told “only corporate has control over the thermostat.” Guess they don’t trust their managers. Every single person behind the counter is wearing a sweater! We won’t be coming back to this location.

Went to this chick fil a on 8/31/23 and this one of the worst experiences ever. After ordering a Market salad and waiting in a long drive thru line was told they were out of salads. I was then ask did I want a refund or substitute, and opted for the refund. The young lady took my card to only not to refund a damn thing. This was a real inconvenience and was not up to par with the Chick fil a experience.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A at least one whole meal is left out of my order. Most of the time we don’t have time to go back. This Chick-fil-A has gone way down hill since it reopened. The managers are rude when you ask a question or voice a concern about their standards for sanitation. They sweep under your table while you are eating and wipe chairs and table with the same rag. I don’t want butt germs on my table. The workers don’t listen to your order and roll their eyes when you say something is wrong.

We aren’t big on eating fast food. Our granddaughter loves to trade in her toy for ice cream, so that’s what we do. Staff is almost always friendly at Chick-fil-A.
