It's nice to see Chiapparelli's is consistent. We had a very bad experience with the HDG store about 2 years ago and from the majority of review's they haven't changed. In fact a couple of them sounded exactly like ours. If you live in Bel Air try Enotria's. It's a nice Italian place that makes you welcome and has good true Italian food not stewed tomato's on store bought pasta. I have lived at the Jersey Shore and know good Italian food and Chiapparelli's isn't it! Sliced sub rolls aren't Italian bread either.
Food was horrible, waitress was not attentive at all. Had to ask twice for bread an refills. Worst part they added a 20 percent tip to our bill for party of four. when menu clearly states a 18 percent tip is added for party of 6 or more. When questioned we were cursed at by manager and waitress made snide remarks. Threatened with police. Found out from my bank tbey actually charged me twice for the meal. They were not busy at all. Used to be a nice place with good food. Not sure what has happened to this restaurant but i dont believe it will be around much longer. I have never witnessed such inappropriate behavior from people in the customer service industry.
This joint is pathetic... Not one thing about it is authentic. Pizza Hut is more Italian.than this dump !

food is excellent, absolutely delicious
