Wow wow wow! They had me at the open kitchen. I didn't need to hope, I knew the food would be good. We ordered to go, so I'll post pics of the dishes next visit. Chicken Alfredo and Spagetti bolognese were spectacular.
First time lunch here yesterday. A hidden gem! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long, long time. The salad was fresh and delicious and complimented the burger perfectly. Did I mention the special seasoned mayonnaise that comes along with the burger? To die for! Will definitely be back!
Very disappointed in this place. I got the $27 steak, it was a tiny portion and the steak and potatoes were wayyyy overcooked! I asked for medium and got well done on the steak and the potatoes were literally burnt mush. The garlic knots they served before our food was soooo hard I could barely chew it. Disappointed to say the least. It should never have been served that way, it should have been made correctly the first time. It was no wonder we were the only people for dinner on valentines day.
We went here for early dinner yesterday, and the food was absolutely delicious. Very attentive and courteous wait staff, will definitely be going back to try more stuff on the menu. The only reason I gave it only four stars is because I didn’t feel like the ambience really brought me to a different place. With the stark white walls and the huge windows wide-open it was actually just too bright in there for me and I feel like there should be more booths because people are getting less and less sociable with others, and we want to be in our own little world so to speak. it was OK but I like to feel like I’ve escaped to a different sort of place and forget where I’m at for the time being in an eating establishment but for all the things that matter, it’s definitely five stars! By the way, I love the paper table cloths over the cloth ones. Very hygienic and I think every restaurant should have that. Great idea.
Our school coordinated and hosted an event with 120 people last night at Chiantis in Sanford. The event turned out to be a huge success and the food and service was exceptional! I would highly recommend anyone considering an event, to book this event center. Coordinating with this event has been very positive and the responses to any questions have been very prompt. Compared to any other options in the area, this was by far the absolute best choice for quality, food, and ease of planning. They were also very accommodating to offer alternative meal options.
This restaurant serves up some delicious food along with great service in a comfortable setting. The cook staff really knows how to prep and present a meal that is delicious. I highly recommend this place for those really wanting excellent Italian food.
Mark was my server. His timing per table visit was spot on. Everytime something needed to be cleared, or drink needed refilling, etc, Mark was on top of it without feeling like he was hovering over the table. The food was perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was lively but not over loading. Highly recommend this as your choice for Italian cuisine. Keep up the fantastic work Mark.
Great italian food, great service! We first walked in and we were amazed how nice it was and welcoming! We are so happy we found Chiantis it’s such an amazing place for good food with family and friends. We have tried so many dishes and everyone is better than the next! I don’t yet have a favorite dish cause it’s hard to choose! The staff is awesome very attentive great service. If you haven’t been here you must try it out for yourself. A nice classy Italian restaurant!
