This Checkers was an absolute nightmare to visit. I wish I could give absolutely no stars. So we beagan ordering our food and we were excited because we had been on a 4 hour drive and it was out first stop of the day . We ordered boneless chicken, a half pound of chicken bites, and loaded fries. We were pulled up and made to wait on our order, which we had absolutely no issue with whatsoever. We were about ready to pull of when I noticed we hadn't been given our bbq sauce for our 1/2 pound of chicken bites. So I had to mask up and go inside and ask for it to which they tried to charge me 27 cent for when they didn't even give me the one I already paid for. I then asked if I could have another one because they gave me 1 sauce for 1/2 pound of chicken. They charged me 27 cent for that one even though I had to 1.)Be pulled up for my order to be done. 2.) Come inside the resturant and prove (by restating my whole order) that I had literally just been there seconds ago and 3.) We waited a good 15 minutes on that food and it was gross (pics below just for proof) . I asked for the number of a district manager and/or supervisor over the gm because she did not care at all and I got the number of the store. People please save yourself time, money, and, frustration. This Checkers is 100% a no go.
TERRIBLE!!!! Just terrible got my order wrong THREE times, very unprofessional with the slick remarks & laughs… I definitely won’t be spending my Money here anymore! Update: 03/22/23 gave them another try. I’ll pass.
I pulled in to order from the drive through. The lady asked me to wait. So I waited 5 minutes before I finally left. As I pull around the building, there is one car in line that had pulled forward to wait on their food, and the girl in the window was on her phone. I will never eat here again! EVER!
I’m not sure who the young lady was that helped me tonight but her service was outstanding!!! She made me some fresh fries they were so hot and fresh I was so excited about these fries all day. The lady that helped me was so nice and friendly I want to tell the manager to give her a raise. We’ve lived here only about 8 months but this place never disappoints.
I went here all my lunch break. As I have a few times being as close to my work. This particular day a few weeks ago I went inside because they had a few more cars in the drive-thru than usual. I went in and wasn't greeted promptly, but I didn't pay any attention to it because they were somewhat busy-ish. But when I finally came time to taking my order I did place my order and went to wait patiently. I'm guessing one of them employees started making my order and the manager I overheard saying "he can F'n wait. Drive-thru orders are first! He can F'n Wait. 😳 If this is how your managers teach their regular hourly employees to act then I would expect that the same behavior would come from them as well. Not very pleased with this location at all anymore

Food is good but the service sucks. Lady at the drive thru had an attitude. Gave away my order after I waited for it. No sorry for the wait, just here ya go. Definitely not coming back.
Very rude, bad customers and didn’t want to take my order. This place should be shut down im calling corporate every week and sending videos cause they are horrible please don’t go there
