It’s a little more laidback than most because of the location. It’s easier to enter if you’re heading east or south. The service is pleasant and the food is fresh. I think a lot might be made to order
Lots of tasty options all around, tho the mozzarella sticks should probably be much larger with the name it has...🤔 Anyway, it's overall a good, delicious time with most things on the menu, so I have found so far. Decent fish sandwich, burgers are well-priced & tasty, tho they like to put mayo on everything too much & we had to scrape it off after requesting it not to be there (& it was very busy, so we didn't want to wait for replacements after waiting for our meal)... Fries are yummy, making the chicken tenders with the fry spices was a really great idea; would like to try the fried mushrooms & etc else on the menu, but I get so full w/ just tearing up as many Funnel Cake Fries* as I can even before I get to anything else! Even with a rush time when they were visibly slammed, everything came out pretty well overall (minus the mayo thing, but no worries) & in a decent time frame. *seriously, just those alone are more than worth the trip, they're SO good Also, I wish more restaurants would post what their menu is like when you're actually standing in front of it & I have appreciated restaurant goers that did that, so here you are!🙂👍
I went through the drive through to do two orders for my family nothing to crazy just a 2 chicken tender combos … right off the bat worker was very plain and obviously snooty about working her paying job… got to the window to pay and she simply told Me I couldn’t pay with a 50 so I had to cancel My second order if I didn’t have smaller bills so the second order couldn’t be completed than proceeds to tell me to park as I waited almost 10 mins for my 1 order. I’m sorry but fast food should not be that complicated from experience of working in the industry. DO BETTER.
A little too busy for me at midnight Friday. The people there are working fast, but the cars and people just keep coming. I ordered a burger and fries and It took about 30 minutes. I thought I would try this place because they built it new in 2018 or so and it stood there collecting dust until 2022 for some odd reason. I was pleasantly surprised at the hot and fresh burger and fries. I don't recommend using the walk up window, the drive through gets way quicker service. Please note: There is a concrete median that is not properly built to accept traffic from any direction. You can not see this at night.
The newest Checkers in PSL is far above the average fast food burger place. Besides having a large selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches, they offer chicken wings, fry seasoned chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili and the best seasoned fries you can get anywhere. Our favorite is the "Cheese Champ". Their friendly staff takes your order with a big smile. Everything they make is made to order, so it’s no problem ordering your food exactly the way you want it. If you’re looking for a snack or a full meal, they have not disappointed. 🍟
Fast food menu with plenty of choices. Staff is very polite. The only negative is that AI takes your order. It doesn't always get it right.
Terrible experience. First time to this location as I began working from home again. Total time took over 30 minutes which busted my allotted lunch time. Staff member who took my order was pleasant, so no issue there. Besides the long wait time, the food was undesirable. Fries were half empty (pictured), both the fries and burger were cold (I only live literally 2 minutes away) and the requested root beer was watered down and flat. First bad experience and would probably be the last one.
Last few times I've visited this location. Not one issue. It's fast. No issues with the food. Ppl are always nice. Would recommend 👌
