I just placed a $76 order and I only received 1/3 of the order. The only part of the order is incorrect and cold. How is anybody able to reach out to the restaurant when the online phone number is out of service. So now I have to deal with old , cold, and incorrect food without a refund of any kind UNACCEPTABLE!!! I’m never going near this place again and I encourage other to do the same.

Horrible. I paid extra $ to get the big chicken box with the half pound of chicken and fries and this is what i got. freezing cold. only other item i ordered is funnel fries ( which they were too lazy to make , so they stole my money and gave me nothing ) . also the sauce for the nuggets, i ordered barbecue so they gave me honey mustard and ranch. This is by far the worst Checkers i’ve ever been to.

While waiting excessively long time I asked a person throwing away garbageas told by the person that said he didn't have any employees to keep the drive-thru line moving. Soon, there was an employee that arrived to start her shift, late I assumed due to the situation. But then the line started to move again, so I was rather upset to have waited so long only to have recieved meat that was 2 different colors obviously gross old expired meat on my burgers!

Ordered through Uber eats they did perfectly with delivering. My first time trying checkers spent like 30$ and I have to say I'm disappointed the fries were very bland. The sandwich was good, the chicken sandwich was a bit soggy. Overall it was okay

I tried the new fried mushrooms, they were the most awful fried mushrooms I ever had in history. They were hard, dry, cold, not to mention $2.99 for 5 dried mushrooms! Gary Indiana checkers on Broadway you outta be ashamed!

I had a craving for a wicked strawberry ice cream and the lady shared that the machine had been down for a while and she doesn't believe it will be working for a while. I am so sad for our community who love it.

I like checkers always have but since I moved out here to Gary man I wouldn’t request nobody to order food from there on broadway they are rude,slow,they make your food so sloppy and then want to steal your money that they suppose to give you back in change they actually tried it but did not succeed I will never return to this location ever😡😡🤬
