I ordered online from the Fern Park store and when I got my order it was cold and it was missing items. When I called, I had to call over 20 times for anyone to answer and when they answered they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this store. Go to the one in Altamonte Springs. Way better.

My cheese champ (add bacon) was nearly cold and missing toppings like tomatoes and pickles My fries were less than room temperature. It was 1030 AM the food should have been FRESH! It was an online order but the store is less than a quarter mile from my house and the driver took less than 3 minutes from pick up to drop off so it definitely wasn't her fault. Super upset. Doordash won't refund, my receipt has no store number on it so I can't do an online survey, and nobody answered when I called. Never again

Always love their food, but the automated ordering system they have at the drive thru needs some help. Doesn't get the details of your order right. Like no pickles ect..

As former Checkers GM, I had the worst experience at this location.I was expecting a quality product but got a dried out burger and (not crispy fries, they were hard as a rock fries)Who's running this store? It's not the management team! This store embarrassed me to say I ever worked for Checkers. Just being honest. Good Luck, won't go back to this location.

I just spent 10 minutes in the front window waiting for someone to take my order, while they are joking in front of me. When I’ve asked if they were having a meeting, the cashier just gave me the rudest attitude. I’m never going back to this store. Plain disrespectful. They lucky I can’t give them less rating because that’s what they deserved. Dayshift is amazing but this night shift don’t really care.

Don’t get me wrong, I love checkers. But here I waited in drive-thru for 10 minutes for a box of mostly burnt nuggets. Not cool guys. If you need a Checkers fix just go to ANY other location.

Ordered 2 funnel cake fries and they were so smushy and barely any powdered sugar on them when we specifically asked for extra and you can tell they were straight out the fryer didn’t let them drain or anything horrible service and even worse food never again needs to be shut down or new owner , and start fresh

Midnight run was super pleasant actually. Went after an event. Automated ordering. Quick service. Food was on point. Now if y’all can just bring back the apple pies! 🙃🫶🏾
