My experience here was horrible. I ordered the mix and match meal. I wanted two chili dog fries and a drink. I told them no chili just ketchup and mustard only. I confirmed by asking what comes on the chili dog they said ketchup and mustard only. I said okay. I got to the window, got my food, and checked my hotdog it had ONIONS on it. I waited 3 minutes for someone to come back to the window and I told them I DID NOT want onions. The person in the back making food came up to the window with an ATTITUDE and said “YOU DIDN’T SAY NO ONIONS” I proceeded to tell her I asked what comes on the hotdog and ONIONS was not mentioned. She snatched the bag and took the hotdogs out the bag and put them “grease” I thought the were GRILLED hotdogs and sent them back out without anything on them. I then asked her where is the ketchup and mustard for the hotdog. She then argued I said no ketchup and mustard. I was over it then so I asked for ketchup and mustard packets. She gave me ketchup and said “ WE DONT HAVE NO MUSTARD, GOODBYE” and closed the window. This is the most unprofessional place ever. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I’m on vacation in the Atlanta area. Definitely ended horribly with this unprofessional mess. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Worst checkers ever. I sat in line for over 30 min to order my food . Once I ordered I had to wait another 20 min for them to tell me they didn’t get my order and don’t take orders at the window, but i honestly feel like they gave my food to the people in forint of me!

Automated voice drive thru is a bummer. They put too much ice in ya drinks. Have to order no ice at window. Then I ordered large meals and they gave me mediums. Then after taking the fries back from my car they put me back in fry basket instead of discarding them. So nasty. Don't eat here.

My experience was horrible. I placed my order and felt like it wasn’t right so when I paid I went over the order with the cashier. She said my order was right so I pay and pull off. The order was wrong so I turn around go back through the line and they acted like it was a problem to make another burger. After waiting another young lady comes to the window and says HERE. Never an apology.

Worse location I’ve ever visited. It was my first time in 7 years. I happened to just be in the area and was craving Checker’s. Could have gotten treated better at the McDonald’s next door. The attitudes of the staff were so rude & off putting that I literally lost my appetite. Good, as the fries were very over cooked, almost burnt, so much that they did not taste like Checker’s signature fries. They were also extremely salty. My first mind was right to not even order fries as they are always flawed at most fast food restaurants. I bite into the burger after eating the horrifying fries and felt something crunchy. I inspect the sandwich more thoroughly and the patty is burnt around the edges to the consistency of biting into a gemstone. I ordered the 2 for $4 deal as I am on a budget. And added a small fry against my better judgement. Because I ordered cheese on my two burgers, the price skyrocketed. 59 cents x2 for adding cheese to the burgers. Understandable I suppose. I questioned & tried to change my order before paying, adding a drink as the sign said “2 for $4. Add $2 and make it a combo.” Just trying to get more bang for my buck. The order total was even more without the drink so why not? The wait in the drive thur was ridiculous. Half an hour nearly, with 7 cars in front of me. I can’t imagine the wait had I walked up to the window. I finally get to the window and I ask to slightly modify my order. It is never my intention to make it difficult for the employees. The woman at the window, basically goes “She wants to change her order, I can’t do that..” and walks away to get who I assume was a manager. I’m thinking “why not? I haven’t paid.” I’m only adding a drink. A male comes back and explains to me the dilemma. He’s equally rude. It is eventually straightened out but the attitudes I had to experience from those two, greatly upset me. They both made annoyed faces the entire time. Maybe don't let the customer know you would rather not be there dealing with them? I get the feeling but conceal, don't feel. 😂They also acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to add one thing to an order that’s already made and unpaid for after I've waited 30 minutes. I told the female cashier, ‘thank you’ twice and got no response. Only a window slammed in my face. Excuse me for remaining polite even though I did not experience the same. So overpriced bad food and even worse humans. If I had a time machine, I would not do business or spend my hard earned money at this location. Also, should’ve read the reviews because they are 100% accurate. TERRIBLE. In a perfect world, I would be getting a refund. 😤

Their new “automated system” at the drive wasn’t responding to me so I went ahead and drove to the window. I’d already been waiting in line about 10 minutes. When I reached the payment window, I was told I’d have to get back in line to order because they “couldn’t put my order in at the window”. More like, they didn’t want to because happened before a few months back and they took my order. They were very rude and nasty about it. If your system isn’t working properly, you should accommodate the customer. I for sure won’t give this Checkers my business anymore

Chicken tenders are good. I had the Big Buford, which is very good. A little slow to order and food service.

Look it was a checkers so my expectations aren't too high for a fast food restaurant... food was good for what I was ordering. I like that they are testing out A.I....it still got my order wrong which seemed to upset the staff...except they seemed annoyed with me 🤔
