Aye, I was super worried about the lowish rating. But this place was amazing. AI took the order, food came out hot and quick. I came from out of town where all my Rally's closed. This place tasted like memories. ....then I got mad I was leaving and wouldn't taste it again for years. 😮‍💨 These new mozzarella sticks are amazing too.

This is what the cook decided to serve me smh I’m pissed and when I called to complain no one answered. Never spending my hard earned money at this location ever again.

Horrible customer service. An employee stated that diabetics are not worth making unsweet tea for. When I heard that I was floored. My last three trips to this location were horrible. The food was not up to their usual standards. There was not much taste to the burger, the fries tasted like they were under a heat lamp for a good, long while . I won't be back to this location ever. I do not recommend this location. Management/ corporate really needs to give this spot some TLC!

Girl at the window was nice. Other employees have no sense of urgency. I understand fast food gets busy and hectic… but waiting for a few items for over 45to an hour is ridiculous. (I got pulled to a parking spot).

I went for the first time in years and the staff were arguing and this guy threatened to quit then took my payment and left. Then a woman brought my food and it was warm but so stale that I literally couldn’t eat it. I pulled back and got my money back and gave them the food back and I won’t be back. My favorite part used to be the fries but they were tough as leather to chew.

Love their Big Buford and fish sandwiches. It's easy for me to pick up a quick bite on the way home from work. No indoor eating.

The young person on the drive thru provided excellent customer service. He was very mannerable and attentive. Our Large order was correct.

It wasn't the best. That's all I'm going to say. The banana shake was delicious. Other than that, I can't say much more.
