10/10 Love this checkers! the fries were fresh and good!

If I could leave a zero I would. Just left checkers and not one person acknowledged me or my family. We stood at the counter for 3 minutes and no one looked up at us. And the best part is, we were the ONLY customers. What’s the excuse to be so rude? All I wanted was a “I’ll be right with you.” OR ANYTHING. I suggest you clean house because that’s no way to run a business, now I see why the Opelousas don’t be shut down.

* Edit* Since i dont like the robot ordering system or their pull up to the white line craze, i downloaded the app and ordered. I arrived when it was supposed to be ready and STILL was asked to pull to the white line to wait..???? When I ordered ahead??? OWNER, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to my edit, maybe educate and instruct your employees instead??? Maybe supervision is required??? The point is why go through ordering ahead when you're STILL asked to pull up and wait, possibly putting my food at risk of AIRBORN CONTAMINATES ?? Just hand it to me at the window since it was ordered ahead and supposed to be ready at a given time??* First of all It would be nice to talk to a human when I order. The food is always as good as I expect it to be at this location, and the people are always nice enough, i dont expect smiling faces , just that my order be right. I usually take the time to go to this location because the do a good job. All that being said ive noticed that the employees here are starting to follow a local trend of asking you to pull up when no one is behind you, it makes me wonder why..it's like the do not want you to see what they're doing to your food. So, going forward if im asked to pull up or to the door when no one is behind me, I'll just ask for a refund. That window is there for you to wait for and receive your order. I do not like my food being exposed to possible flying particulate matter when theres alot less exposure just handing it through the window.

I dont even want to give 1 star!! Just went there. They forgot to give me my hot dog I order for my son after I asked if everything was in there and they reassured me it was and I order a number 11 and it is no different than the $1 burger I paid for. Horrible service!! Dont appreciate being ripped off and it wasnt even busy! This is the # 11 I got!!

Very nice people and very clean and the food is so good

I really hate the robot you have to order from. It's slow and since there's no screen that shows your order you have no idea if it actually understood you. The food was good, just please bring back an actual human because I'm not ordering from the bot again.

Really bad service! Cashier very rude. A guy from the back, he was with one hand on my food and the other in the phone talking with his “baby”. Food was okay, just like other fast food place. This happened 01/06/22 at 1:40pm

Pulled up and was greeted by a robot over the speaker and placed my order, #1 no pickles, 4 piece cheese sticks with ranch, and a drink. Got pickles on my burger, threw those out, but the cancered cucumbers already tainted it, the drink tasted like river water, threw it out, and got a 6 piece cheese stick with 2 marinaras. If a human was doing it they could have told me "we don't carry ranch" (I have no clue why they wouldn't) but now the cheese sticks are inedible too. Looks like I was only billed for a 4 piece cheese stick, but there was no ranch in the bag. Microsoft Mary also didn't put "no pickles" so that was doomed from the start. Food and service was fine otherwise.
