Went recently on a 10 for 20 Groupon. Two buffets cost about $28 no drinks. I didn't love it but it could've totally been my own taste buds with the unfamiliar so want to clarify that. This may be a cuisine I'm just not into. Here's a pic of my favorite thing, which was like nachos but you build it to your liking. The buffet lacked fish/shrimp options that were promoted, but it was nearing late afternoon so it could have been winding down. The staff was nice and brought out naan and a pitcher of water when we sat.

My best friend is South East Asian, so I know good Indian food, because I've had it home cooked with love and tradition. This food was right on par with good home cooking! Took my mother here for dinner, the server explained each dish to her, and informed me of what to expect with mine. She explained the wait time on each dish (only one ended up taking longer than the others, which was fine because it was expressly communicated to us.) Again, all the dishes are made from scratch, so no, this is NOT fast food. It's worth the wait! The each dish was cooked to perfection, the meat was moist and tender, the rice was beautifully colored, aromatic and full of flavor. The sauces complimented the dishes perfectly and the portion sizes were very generous. The atmosphere was quite, and the server even came over several times to ask us if we were warm enough, (as the temperature outside was in the negative teens, and pick up orders keep the doors opening frequently.) Another thing I like to note, since I've worked in restaurants before: how a place keeps is bathrooms is generally how they keep the kitchen. That said, the bathroom was immaculately clean, not to mention well decorated. That was only my first impression of Chak De Fuzyon, and I don't believe it will be my last. Looking forward to coming here again and again!

I've tried Indian food buffets in the past and have been disappointed. This place knocks it out of the park. We did the buffet. They brought the naan out and it was freshly made. Not a large selection on the buffet, but the food was fresh and delicious. I think with the smaller selection the chef was able to focus on quality over quantity. I really enjoyed everything on the buffet and if I had to pick something as my favorite, it would probably be the chicken 65. I will definitely go back and give them my business. It was well worth the venture.

I love this place food is made to order to individual spice level. Naan is great, soup is awesome entrees were amazing well worth the extra wait!!! Remember it is about the food not the service. The owner is very friendly and the service is good. You just cannot expect to be in-and-out of a restaurant that adjusts almost EVERY dish according to the spice level that you want!

We went the second time here just to be sure that the mistakes made on our first trip were due to just recently opening but regretfully they still exist. The service is poor , once they get you want you want to drink they don't even return to ask if you need anything. They gave us one Naan cut into 4 small pieces for 4 of us.When you ask for one more they don't look too pleased and you feel very embarrassed to ask. The buffet spread is minimal and just average .The main attraction for any indian restaurant which should be it's butter Chicken is lacking any flavor and so watered-down some days they don't even have it on d menu. They don't even serve the sizzling tandoori Chicken like they do in many restaurants for lunch. The service staff should be a little more involved and caring for the tables they service . They do not even ask you if you enjoyed the food after spending 80-100 dollars on both occasions ....even local gas stations will smile and thank you more when you buy a bottle of water for a dollar. If things like the dont get fixed this will end up being another below average establishment.

So, the waiter was adorable. Couldn't be nicer with suggestions and told us the difference between Indian spice and American spice. The food is good but the wait was long....that is definitely something they can fix though, so I hope they do.

I saw a Groupon and was excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately it left much to be desired. Service was ok. After a few minutes of waiting up front, I seated myself. Tandoor sampler was different than any other I've had. Saucy? She warned they were out of lamb so she gave me extra shrimp. The shrimp was good. The chicken was barely cooked. Chicken tiki masala was just ok. Basmati rice cooked to perfection. Overall, I was disappointed but my mother, less experienced in Indian cuisine, was pleased with her veggie curry fried rice and samples of my food. I wasn't pleased to pay for buttered naan, although it was very delicious. I'm accustomed to some kind of free bread with my meal. Mint chutney was good. $50 bill (without Groupon) and Yelp reviews misled me but I tried somewhere new so that's the risk. Better luck next adventure.

NOTE: Buffet is available during dinner time as well. I dined here recently and had a pleasant time. I went in for dinner, had the dinner buffet with garlic and butter (half order of each) naan along with a Mango Lassi. The food was varied and good. The service was also pleasant.
