Breakfast Menu "Center Stage Pizza" South Bend

I'm pretty picky with the pizza that I like, normally if it's tomato based sauce I won't like it but holy cow! Fan-freaking-tastic! You go dude! The logo is pretty cute too! ❤️

Very personable, I believe I met the owner, the first time I picked up. Met my expectations, I lived off and on in Long Island, NY. I have searched for many o' years for close as possible NY style pizza. This is pretty darn close. Great flavors, don't let the price fool you. It is quality pie. Worth the $$. It is a big pizza if you order their 18".

We had Center Stage for the first time last night. It’s an awesome pizza joint! Something was different about the pizza, but it definitely stood out from the typical Bruno’s or places of the like. We had the Motley Crue and a basic cheese, gotta try the best of both worlds. We live on the south side, but will definitely continue to make the commute for this delicious stuff. Wonderful pizza! I ordered a carry out pizza and it was ready in a short amount of time. As I walked in, I was instantly greeted by two very friendly staff member (maybe owners?). The cook seemed like a totally rad dude, and he showed off the pizza before I purchased the food. He claimed there would be pepperoni and sausage in every bite, and he wasn’t wrong. The bottom dough was nice and crispy and firm, but not burnt. The crust was crunchy and not too doughy. Typically I don’t care for pizza sauce as it tastes like pure sugar to me, but they used a very delicate and perfect amount of sauce on their pizza. Everyone should try this place out, I know I’ll keep coming back for more!

Do yourself a favor and GET THIS PIZZA! Literally THE best pizza in this state, hands down. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service. The pizza itself looks like it was made in a brick oven which is awesome and gives the PERFECT texture. The large size is giant!

Best vegan cheese pizza ever!!! The crust perfect, soft and tender but just crispy enough to hold the pizza, obviously hand made by someone who cares. Sauce just right to compliment the toppings (fresh spinach and mushrooms on mine.) But the vegan cheese was amazeballs! Perfectly mild and smooth with a slight smokey hint, best vegan cheese I've ever had.

Let me start by saying I consider myself a connoisseur of pizza and Center Stage is my new favorite in South Bend/Mishawaka. Ingredients tasted fresh. Sauce has a good sweet to savory balance. The crust wasn’t too thick or thin and had good flavor (I ordered w/ garlic butter). It’s located downtown SB, near Memorial hospital and was clean, with a nice vibe and friendly staff. Be sure to tell them how Soft or crispy you like your crust baked and you will not be disappointed!

Great no frills, straight up good pizza. Tasted super fresh. The crust was great, on the thicker end and had a great bottom crunch. The inside is cool, super clean with music memorabilia and music videos playing on multiple tvs. Definitely going back. Good prices too.
